      Ive called regarding my vehicles history having an accident on the report, which was an error. I contacted them in July and was told Id hear back 3-5 business days. Fast fwd and its now September and Ive had to call back weekly since, with no resolution. My only hope for a correction was AutoChecks agents telling me I would have to get the report amended with the police department that generated it. Problem . Autocheck does not have any info on the police department that generated the error. So Ive called since July, Ive been told we are looking into it, got no response in weeks. When I contacted AutoCheck, was told to basically do the leg work in finding out who generated the error. Blame was put on the internal sources that never got back to the agent and then blame was put on the police **** that made the error ( which they couldnt identify). A supervisor was never available to speak with. There is an obvious error with the accident reported , they acknowledge the error but yet cant do anything about it.

      Wow, what a terrible business. Find something that actually works unlike this garbage.
