I explained to ***** which has been helpful getting my refund, but like I explained to ************ will not sign off until I have received my refund. I was given an estimated date but that has passed and no check.

Subject: FW: Scheduled bill payments for MTE STRATEGY LLC

Realized I did it for 6K instead of $6.5K

I'm not trying to be hard to work with, I would like to see my refund. I thought with modern technology they could have sent it to my account or over nite.

    Respectfully,

They were supposed to help me get rid of my time share. They do not answer my calls. There is no way I can reach the firm

We have sent this client 14 emails. 13 of which have remained unopened. His customer service portal remains unacgessed by him. He also has received phone calls with status updates from my office. the last one was in march of 2023. A message would have been left but the voicemail was full, so it triggered one of the numerous emails he was sent.

Note there was one email opened so we know we have the proper email address.

I received a call 2/8/23 regarding an email that was sent to me. I never received an email. I was told to call back and now for 4 days I have been calling and leaving messages for a call back. I have invested over $3000 to get rid of my time share. Now all that is happening is I am leaving a message with an answering service with no call back. I am also emailing my exit strategist with no email back. It has been a year and a half and I am getting no where.

I paid *********************** a little over $4,000 to cancel our contract with Westgate Resorts. *********************** has disappeared or closed down and I am unable to contact them to request a refund for the money I paid to them. *********************** transferred our file to Molfetta Law before closing down their businiess for continuation of exiting the timeshare contract. Molfetta Law is not providing updates, returning emails or calls for the last 6 months. I received an email from them recently stating that I I am nearing the 24 month **** where I can request a refund from *********************** but it's being reported that clients are not able to speak with anyone with TFG to request a refund. Molfetta Law does admit to being paid a fee to work on our file and exit strategies. Since I fear they are doing the same thing as *********************** did and scammed me out of my money, I would like to request a refund from Molfetta Law. I am so disappointed and feel violated by this entire process. My family and I have suffered great financial burdens behind this whole scam. Please help **.

For clarification, Molfetta Law and *********************** (TFG) are two separate entities. THIS IS EXPLAINED IN WRITING TO EVERY CLIENT AT LEAST THREE TIMES.  Regarding the $4000 that she paid to ***********************, our firm received only a flat fee of $600 to retain and work on her file. As work has already been performed, our office does not offer a refund on our retainer fee. Regardless of whether Molfetta Law knows whether TFG is still in business, we remain committed to our client's best interests. We informed her about her expiring contract with TFG and made her aware of the promises that TFG had made to her.

Once again in those documents wherein we told her how to go about contacting TFG about her refund she was told they are a separate company. She seems to want to consistently ignore that fact.
Our records indicate that ******* has emailed 'legal affairs,' an email domain used exclusively for mass-scale updates. In response, She would have received an automatic reply indicating that our firm does not monitor that email domain. The automatic reply would have also provided her with the correct contact for Molfetta Law. We have no recent record of a phone call from her. We have an extensive answering service system that logs all calls and automatically sends out messages to the entire firm and to a central email which is monitored by the staff.

Molfetta Law or someone appearing to be them.Paid $750 for one time lawyer fee Paid $3000+ to **************** Services for "no services" This was to get out of a contract that was forged by Wyndham Resorts back in 2020. Today I get a call from someone claiming to be ******* Molfetta (Legal Attorney) who stated the Resorts put up the property for resale. And in order for me to finally get out I have to buy it from First American Title, they will send me (2) checks and at that time I can use these (2) checks to buy myself out!!! I'm so horrified that people are literally taking advantage of others vulnerability and lack of income. I explained that I wasn't working and they were supposed to be defending me against crooks, then they became the *******! Please help me with this issue as it relates to my credit. This matter has caused great anxiety physically and mentally and I'm in need of relief.

On 4/28/22, I went to a presentation to exit timeshares. *************************** made the presentation for the company. At the end he pulled ** aside to help. He signed me up to dispose a timeshare with the legitimate company. I had another timeshare (*******); he said that ******* had committed fraud and he could get my money back. He implied he was a lawyer and charged $8000 on my **** credit card on 5/2/22 to Molfetta Law in CA. ****** or the law firm has done nothing other than have me scan him timeshare sale papers. I want my $8000 back. I have made numerous calls and texts since June, but have not received any reply from ******. On August 9th, I received a phone call from someone saying he was ******* Molfetta, the office manager, and he was going to give our money back. He was sending it to Stuart ****** and we would receive a closing sales agreement and a certified check and letters package package in 14 business days. It is now more than 25 business days and no package. I called ******* and the law firm and left messages, but heard nothing. I called the title company and they do not do any business with timeshares. (The phone number for the title company that ******* gave me was not correct). I have texts that ****** wrote that he would seek $66,989 from Diamond on May 5, 2022, and he was making a draft of the fraud. I was informed by ******* that ****** no longer worked at Molfetta Law. I think Molfetta Law is scamming me or committed fraud; the promise was not honored. Please end this nightmare, I want my $8000 back.

I hope this message finds you well. I understand your concerns and frustration regarding the transaction in question, but I must clarify that there seems to be a case of mistaken identity and a fraudulent act perpetuated by individuals falsely claiming association with our company. After a thorough investigation, we have not been able to locate any record of a transaction involving you, nor do we have a record of a client named *********************************** in our system. It appears that you have unfortunately fallen victim to a scam perpetrated by individuals posing as representatives of our company. We are not affiliated with the individual you mentioned ***************************. We have no record of any financial transactions related to your situation, and we have not received any funds from you.

Our company takes this matter very seriously, and we have reported it to both local and federal authorities, who are actively investigating these fraudulent activities.
