    I hired Molfetta Law to assist me in my contract negotiation with my timeshare resort. I tried to get out myself, but after being stonewalled by my resort I knew I needed greater legal representation. Molfetta Law was able to cancel my timeshare in VA. Not surprisingly, it took some time, but they got the job done. Thanks, ***** and Molfetta Law for your continued perseverance.

    We understand that things take time and it was almost two years from first contact to finish but ***** was amazing. He got exactly what we wanted and needed done.     Paid them to get me out of my timeshare contract. I did 90% of all the communications with ******** and the independent closing company they hired resulting in finally canceling the timeshare 28mos later. The staff is very aware of the games played in the timeshare industry, but for the fee comms mainly via email and can feel slow. If I were to take a star off, it would be because they are difficult to reach via phone. Thanks for letting me leverage your name/legal credentials, though. NEVER buying a timeshare again.

    I want to sing ******* **********************s praises. We have been trying to get out of our Timeshare for four years and have spent thousands of dollars. Molfetta Law firm took ** under their wings and successfully (and legally) got out of our Timeshare that was located in ******. Mr ********************** and his team responded immediately to all my texts and emails. It was a breath of fresh air after being ignored and defrauded by another timeshare exit team. We just wanted to say how much we appreciate all Molfetta Law firm and his team did for us!

    As an active military member, I trust folks and their profession. I am in consent communication with this company regarding exiting my timeshare. I was foolish and paid for everything promptly and after payment radio silence. My case has been unresolved for 2yrs which is affecting my credit which is in turn affecting my quality of life. They have received over 60K regarding the existing case and I am still receiving credit hits even though I paid for credit repair. This is the worst experience, especially for someone who defends our nation. I am still trying to get ahold of them to draw this to a close. I do not recommend this company to anyone for any service.

    I paid Molfetta over $4000 in August 2021 we are now August 2023 and have not heard back from them regarding my timeshare. They have not updated me or helped me remove my timeshare. They do not answer emails, the phone call goes to an answering service. This law office is not doing their job and I want my money back. Do not use Molfetta Law-attorney for Timeshares. They are a scam.
