    Why offer a preorder, wait 6 months and then cancel it due to lack of stock? You should only offer as many preorder units as you can fill. They get a 3 only because I have had several successfully placed orders. But the wait time is abysmal especially when I see those items locally in store in the meantime.

    ************* that takes money for preorders and never sends the product. Ordered in March, item released in end of June, it's now end of August and despite their claim that its due to stock issues (which should never be an issue for preorders!), I could order the same item from Amazon for almost $10 less and have it tomorrow. Now I have to fight for my refund. Absolute scammers who have no concern for their customers and don't deliver what they promise. Avoid at all costs

    Worst customer service ever...also the worst packaging ever like these things are collecters items..then you send them a email and it's like they never read it ..they don't even mention anything you have said to them...never had this in all my years of buying stuff on line

    Placed an order for 16 Funko Pops. 11 of them were sent with full oil damage on them. These were stated as new on the website with no faults. I sent PIAB a message and 24 hours later they say they will do a refund but I have to PAY to send these items TO ******. I live in ******. These came from ********. This is 100% SCAM. Damaged items where I spent over $100 on and now they want me to pay more than these are even worth just to get a refund??

    I actually love this company. I purchase a lot of funko pops from them and I have had zero issues. When you preorder your have to have patience. What is cool is that you will receive a random pop that you forgot your ordered.

    Terrible packaging of the products, they honestly have to work harder to NOT pack it well. I received 2 damaged pops due to bad packaging. They offered 10% back or they want you to pay for return shipping to ****** when it was THEIR fault and I will never purchase from them again. Why have different storefronts in different countries if all returns are to be sent to ******?

    Had made an order for an In-Stock Pop on 7/11/21 and another order for an In-Stock Pop on 7/16/21. The 7/16/21 Pop I received that Pop with in a week. The 7/11/21 Pop however, took nearly an entire year to be shipped. When I attempted to cancel it, after giving them an entire year to send me an IN STOCK pop and finding the pop elsewhere, I was told I would be unable to cancel it because they had finally shipped it. A bit coincidental given that another Pop order had been canceled by them and another I'd canceled after waiting a year. After saying I did not want the Pop from them, they told me I could return the Pop once receiving it. I checked the return policy and found out I would have to cover the shipping charges to return it. After about three back and forth messages (where you could tell my messages were not thoroughly read) I was promised a refund on the return charge. Once returned and the refund was made, I was only given a refund for the POP and none of the shipping. After a few more messages sent and proof of screenshots, I was told I would receive a refund for return shipping costs. I was given a PARTIAL return shipping cost. When I brought that to their attention, they said I would be refunded the remaining balance and I have not received it after nearly a month. I've given up, far too much stress to be arguing with them. Short story, DO NOT purchase from this company. They're just there to get your money. I was lured in with a quick shipping of an Exclusive Pop and out of 6 total Pop orders, I only received 2. Horrible company, spend your money elsewhere because you will be gypped.

    Pre-ordered a Funko in January 2022, April 2022 receive notification that item has been shipped. A month goes by and all of a sudden tracking doesnt exist and item was never received. Notified PIAB asking for refund beginning of May. It is now June ******************************* forth with them for my refund. Latest theyre telling me they cant refund my credit card now and can offer me store credit or PayPal (which I dont use/have). Very frustrated with their terrible customer service. Wish I read these reviews before ordering from them. Wont make that mistake again!

    Bought 2 pre order funkos from the supernatural series that were guaranteed to me. They ended up canceling part of my order without even messaging me. I pre ordered these months ago for my mother who is a huge fan of the series. The fact they couldn't even be bothered to notify me leaves me truly disappointed with the company. I will not be ordering anything from this company ever again.
