  Complete trash. If you go though the images you see items repeat themselves. Look at the cut of the stones...exactly the same as one would get on *** or Homeshopping Network. If you give one as a present, the recipient will be horrified

  This company knowingly auctions off coins from the *******************************. Even after they were officially informed, they continue to mislead and take advantage of people. Also they are trying to sell items worth less than $2.00 for over $50.00, grams of ********* Overview The "*******************************" is a controversial entity in the coin collecting world. While they sell coins, often in their own slabs, many question their legitimacy and grading standards. There are numerous reports and discussions online (including **** community posts and Reddit threads) indicating that their grading is not always reliable and their coins may not be worth the premium they command. It's generally advised to seek professional authentication from reputable third-party grading services before purchasing coins associated with the *******************************.

  I have read some of the reviews for this company and I just want to say that there is just no pleasing everybody. I have purchased many items from this company and the ones that I was not satisfied with I returned and they reimbursed me with no problem. It was my decision to send the items back so of course I should b the one paying for the return fee. I read the complaint about getting outbid and not thinking it was fair he did not get to bid again because the time ran out. That's what an auction is. I use the max bid method to avoid that problem and it has worked for me everytime. There was one time I received a box and when I opened it there wasn't anything inside. When I wrote to support they helped me with being refunded and didn't doubt me for 1 second. I think the complaints with customer service has been over exaggerated and like I said at the beginning...there is just no pleasing everybody. I think they r a great company and if y don't like them...just don't use them. Thank u for allowing me to express my opinion.

  I won 4 items ( 3 rings and a bracelet) all came in a timely manner and all were beautiful! All were what they said they were, I am very happy with my purchases.

  Well let me tell you my review to the police auction. So for a couple of weeks now I have been purchasing diamond rings and bracelets from this auction site and I have to tell you my wife is absolutely please with all the jewelry that I have been buying from this place. I have never had one that was lost in the mail I live in ************ so in the mail here is always late. But that's not police options fault that's just our male system here. I I'm absolutely pleased with everything from the police auction they are wonderful folks and I will continue doing business with them for well for as long as I can.. thank you have a wonderful day

  I bought 3 items off this site. One of them traveled from west to east coast before finally arriving to me in *****. And not just *******, TN like ***** uses but all the way to *****. Another one took 4 days to ship out. So naturally I contacted customer support inquiring about what was going on in each case. Me contacting them is the only reason I can see for them to deny my bidding any further. I paid immediately for all 3 items and didn't have any other contact other than asking a question about shipping. I was not rude in any type of way so that couldn't be a reason either. When I ask them why I get sent a generic email again and again. So they didn't even bother to look and see if there was a mistake at all.They just arbitrarily decided I could no longer bid anymore for no reason what so ever and no one bothers to see or explain why either so be prepared to be banned at any moment at their whim even if you didn't do a single thing against the rules or rude. And absolutely don't ever contact customer support because if you ask a question about what you already paid for, even if it's a legit question like in my case you will be banned from bidding.

  Question for the troll posing as customer service *** responding to the posts of people youve ripped off - which law enforcement agency (or agencies) provides the seized property? Please post one local or federal police office you work with so we can contact the county clerk to confirm that youre the authorized agent hired to administer the auction.

  I won a bid and went to pay and the website rejected my credit card and then wouldn't let me sign into my account. I asked for help and no one answers the phone but they sent me a message about fraud. This was no help whatsoever as I just wanted to know how to pay. They cancelled my win and I am not happy.I find it hard to believe that it has an A+ rating. It shouldn't.
