    Cycle board is a great product but the customer service is non existent. The number I called for cycle board led me to a scam artist who fraudulently used my card. I ordered inner tubes and new tires for my rovergen2 they sent the wrong size tubes. It has been weeks and they still havent made my order right so I can resume using my board. There is no one to call. There is no way of getting a hold of anyone to fix my order. Just stalling and lying and refusing to respond to repeated requests. I understand why people hate this company they take your money and then do not deliver what you ordered and its impossible getting any response or an exchange. The last time I ordered a replacement tire I didnt get to ride for two seasons waiting for one tire and tube. Now its summer I have three months max riding season and Im still waiting to get what I paid for and to send the incorrect order back to them. Im a disabled veteran and my board is my therapy literally. I will never buy another item from these people and I do not recommend anyone ever waste your money with this company. There is zero response and if you do get a response its a fake we got your message and someone will contact you. Still nothing! All I want is the correct tubes so I can ride my board again. This has drawn out for weeks they refuse to acknowledge the customer and the issues that arise with their product. They are unprofessional and they dont care that they took your money they have no intention of honoring your purchase. Once I got robbed by their employer they never responded except to say he doesnt work for them yet if you call the number he answers. There is no one except an ai bot with an attitude and posting you concerns with their artificial intelligence gets you no where either. This company is basically operating fraudulently they take your money and they dont deliver or honor the customers purchases. They have a strange man stealing from the customers and they dont care.

We could not find any evidence of someone named ***** in our voicemail system as you described but we reset our entire phone system and established new passcodes etc. to be on the safe side to make sure all calls are routed correctly to our team just in case. We respond same day to emails sent to ****************************** and calls to our main line at ************. Please contact us if you still need support for your CycleBoard, you have a rock solid 3 year warranty with us, thanks!

    I received my Cycleboard ***** on August 9 2024 and everything seemed great until I went to charge it and it will not charge. Ive gone back-and-forth with customer service via email and they sent me a replacement charger which did not fix the problem. It took 6 days to receive the ******* from the time they said they would send it. After the replacement charger didn't fix the issue, they asked me to open up the board and send them pictures of the fuses which I did and they determined that they were ok. Then they asked me to fully charge the battery and take a measurement of it. I dont have the tool to do that and the battery wont charge in the first place. Then I requested to return my board or for them to replace it, and they said they wouldn't do that because I was outside of the 14-day return period. When I emailed them on August 18th originally about the issue, it was within the 14-day return period as I received my board on August 9th, but they still won't honor that. They are now in the process of shipping me a replacement battery which I have been waiting now for 5 business days (August 29th until September 6th). When I emailed them two days ago asking why it hadn't shipped they said, "Your order is in the queue to be processed. We apologize for the delay we were out of the office for the holiday."When I call on the phone, nobody ever answers and I have left messages and I don't receive a callback. I receive email messages back from customer service but they take forever and they don't seem to have much interest in fixing this issue in a timely manner. As a customer, I don't feel valued at all. I am not a hard person to please. I sell and ship items daily myself and I know how sometimes things can go sideways. However, the way that this company is handling this situation is really bad in my opinion. I will be happy to update this review if they make things right with me.

    I have been trying to get them on the phone to rectify the issue with my board golf. I have 84 miles on the board and tires keep loosing air. The only response by email is the follow the directions and video. That I have done and they do not work. I have called and left numerous messages. I do see a review where cycle board will pay for shipping back to them for the repairs. Hopefully they can do this for me. Have to say they were wonderful with the sale and lacking in customer support.

    My 41 year old brother riding his CycleBoard Rover on 8/29/2022 when the battery exploded, launching him off and causing him to hit his head. This caused a traumatic brain injury as well as an epidural hematoma (massive brain bleed), requiring emergency surgery. He was in a coma and receiving air through mechanical ventilation for two weeks. He now has a tracheostomy and a peg tube, cannot walk, talk, or eat, and we are unsure if he will ever recover from this. He is still in the *** and awaiting another surgery to address the same site that was operated on. My brother was wearing a helmet. This is not a safe product.

    Theres no way all these reviews are accurate. This is the worst company ever. My $2500 rover has 11 miles on it and has never worked properly. They refuse to answer emails or send the replacement part. STAY AWAY AND KEEP YOUR MONEY!

    Unfortunately this customer is completely unreasonable and calls our office yelling expletives at our team members. We are happy to pay to ship the product back to our office for a repair or replacement but the customer doesn't seem interested in doing so. We have a rock solid warranty and stand behind our products 100%. *********************** / CEO
