They did everything exactly as presented during the interview call. The amount of money was never increased. Transparent with everything. 5 starsSorry for error on first Review, deletion, then forgetting to redo Review. Centerstone Group is one of the best business experiences that I have ever had. When my wife and I were hopelessly in debt after the loss of 1/2 of our income, we could not get our vacation timeshare company to give an inch to terminate or contract despite our unexpected income loss, severe illness, and disability. I called and spoke to *************************** and initially after some questions, it seemed that the state where we lived would not allow them to help **. On her own time she researched the situation and personally called me the next day and had worked out a way to assist **. ************************* then took by video meeting all our information and started the whole process which does include a legal team in the country in question. Yes there is a fee, but it pales in comparison to the money we owed and hassle we were getting. They literally saved our financial future. I can't imagine using another agency to help with vacation club or timeshare burdens. They were so kind and professional from start to finish. I am a very nervous person and ******** and ****** never minded taking as much time as we required to reassure us and finish what they started. We contacted the Centerstone group, prior to speaking with someone we (my husband and myself) were very skeptical, however as we worked with the group we began to be more assured. The team worked diligently and was always available if we had any questions.. We are now out of our Timeshare contract and couldn't be happier and most of all relieved.. I had them get me out of a timeshare I had in ******. They were forthcoming in the process to get me out. I was kept up to date throughout the process. I thought their fees were reasonable. From start to finish it was 3 months. The benefit of using Centerstone Group is having lawyers who understand Mexican law. I highly recommend them.Centerstone Group Inc

We had Centerstone help us get rid of our time share. The time share delayed and delayed responding to each request but Centerstone did not give up and we are finally free of this time share. They have totally met our expectations and kept us informed of what was going on. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone if needed.Centerstone Group Inc
