Terrible and untrustworthy company. Lack of follow up and professionalism. They should not be contacting customers if they are not planning to follow up. I have to choose a rating and as there is no negative star rating I only leave one as minus stars are not available.Centerstone Group Inc

We apologize for this team members slow follow-up. As we discussed on the phone with you, the employee was sick and had some time off during the holidays as well. We are disappointed we were unable to satisfy you regarding this experience with our team. Just signed on with Centerstone Group to exit our timeshare. They have been extremely friendly and professional in all correspondence. They are thorough and gave us a timeframe and how this process works. I am hopeful that we can close this chapter soon and move on. The Centerstone Group were courteous and professional from the start. They were very matter-of-fact in all of their communications, no hype, no blue-sky or false promises. They said it would most likely take four to six months to complete the process and they came through in that time period. Their price was reasonable and came with a money back guarantee if they didn't dispose of our timeshare within 12 months. We did our part in promptly replying to their requests for documents and they kept us informed with their progress. We are very happy with the performance of Centerstone Group and highly recommend them to anyone interested in disposing of their timeshare.Centerstone Group Inc

I reached out to the Centerstone Group with questions about a recent timeshare purchase we made but were having second thoughts on. They responded very promptly and took time to listen to our situation. Fortunately we were still within our "rescission" period and had a limited timeframe in which to act. If they hadn't reached out to us in such a timely manor we would have missed our opportunity to act. They provided specific, detailed guidance on what we needed to do to cancel our purchase. We followed their instructions and received a full refund. They even followed through with us to see how things went. We appreciated their professionalism and assistance. I highly recommend them for your timeshare questions and issues. We will definitely contact them in the future should we ever need this type of service.Centerstone Group Inc

We can't say enough about the excellence and professionalism of Centerstone and it's representatives. We really appreciated the informed, friendly, step by step communication from them throughout the entire process, including the protection of our credit! We would never have been able to represent ourselves in a foreign court due to several extenuating circumstances, and Centerstone's representation was amazing and was well worth the expense.
