They did exactly what they promised to do. We were fully informed of the time expected and of the steps they would take to help us get out of our timeshares. They were always courteous and returned our calls in a timely manner and they kept us informed of where we were in the process. We were very skeptical in the beginning, but were given guarantees in writing that we would get our money refunded if they process was not complete within a year. We are happy to report that the process was complete in about 7 months and we have our "Sold" deeds in hand. We are very pleased that this "Stupid Chapter" in our lives is over! Everyone we communicated with along the way was friendly and positive, never treating us like we were annoying them with our questions and concerns. I would recommend them to others who might find themselves captured by the misleading timeshare industry. We appreciate their honesty and feel they are professionals in their field. We are delighted with our outcome!

We were hesitant at first to contract an agency like Centerstone to help us get rid of our timeshare. We took the risk and was so happy to get rid of our timeshare in approximately 2 months. Communication with them was good. Seamless from start to finish. Highly recommended!Centerstone Group Inc

They did everything they said they would do, and one of our Time Shares has been taken out of our name and and it has only been a few months. We have one more to go and we think it may be in the works. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.Centerstone Group Inc

Very happy with *********************; he has kept his promise of calling periodically with updates about my timeshare transfer. Cornerstone way overdelivered for us. They initially provided a clear overview of what to expect both as to end result and timing. The goal of course was to cancel the timeshare. In the end, well within their expected time frame, our timeshare was successfully cancelled. Not only that - and with Cornerstone making it clear refunds were not typical - we received all funds back from the timeshare company!! We simply followed their instructions poont by point, week by week. Could not have been a better, more professional or successful experience.Centerstone Group Inc
