On Sep 25, 2024 we attended a presentation to cancel our timeshare. We were given a 100% moneyback guarantee. It included a ********* resorts membership which we declined. We signed with TS Compliance Group for a price of $8,149.00. We recieved communications from ***** **** regarding this account on 09/26, 10/05, 10/24, 12/03, 02/06. On May first I attempted to contact TS Compliance Group Inc and also ***** ****. I have received no response to my emails or phone calls. I contacted ***************** and was told that the money was collected by TS Compliance Group and not by them. I entered into a contract with TSCompliance Group to cancel my time share April 11, 2024. One year later the timeshare was not cancelled. February ******* a contract was signed and we paid $6820 to begin the process of being released from our timeshare at *************** in *************, **. There is a 100% money back guarantee if unable to do so in a one year timeframe. We received an email in January 2025 stating they have received our notarized quit claim deed and would be submitting it for processing. We started emailing approximately every two weeks, asking for an updated status, to which there was no response. Emails were sent to the attorney and cc'd to customer service. Beginning February 26, 2025, we started calling the office number ************ every week and was told each time that our call would be returned. On March 7, 2025, we called and left a VM with the director of TS Compliance and that went unanswered. We continued to call customer service and left messages of which have gone unanswered.On April 22, 2025 called the customer service number and received the message that the number is no longer in service.Initial Complaint

October 3, 2024 contract signed Paid $6529.00 to be released from our timeshare at **************** at *********** in ******, ******* 100% money back guarantee Our last email response from Atty ****** ***** **** was on 1/27/25 stating our paperwork is in the que.We waited 6 weeks and on March 1 called him and his number ************ was no longer in service. We called the Atty ****** ******* ************ since then and leave voice mails for a call back. No response to date. Today I Called corporate ************, ****** ******* ************, number on website ************, ******** M ************, ******* ******** ************, director ***** ******** ************ We have been calling these numbers every day for 2 weeks.Sometimes twice a day. The only number number that a person actually answers is ************ and they say they are an answering service, tell us everyone is busy or in a meeting.Have called different times of day & told same thing. They all take my number and state someone will call back. They even leave message stating urgent. To date no calls back.Business Response

Hi Madi,
We are rejecting the business response because they stated they credited the client and as of today we have not received the credit.I called our credit card company and they do not show a credit as of today.
They did say it can take up to ***** days to receive.
It has not been ***** days.We want the claim reopened until the credit is received.
This is $6529.00. Once credit is received, we will contact BBB to close.

My Husband, ******* and I hired *** to cancel our timeshare on 01/04/2024 with a certificate of 100% refund if timeshare not cancelled within 12 months. It was at free luncheon where 90% of the attendees were senior citizens. We were misled by their misleading marketing tactics. In other words a scam. I have called after one year repeatedly. Nothing has been initiated on our timeshare at ***************** **********. ************, *** *****. Talked to a person ***** who gives you the run around and to contact this ****** ******* who never calls back. I sent our contact person a copy of the guarantee as requested. Now they have Ghosted us. No call backs etc. We even sent a certified Letter as stated in contract to do. The address in **********, N.C. is not valid. ( as this is where they stated they were from at the luncheon). There have been many complaints about more scams from them on Trust pilot. I have uploaded documentation. All we want is a full refund as they have not provided the service promised. I feel they need to be closed down and stopped from preying on people esp. senior citizens. We signed a contract on 11/9/2023 with *********** Group/ TS Compliance Group to get us out of our timeshares. It now has been over 13 months, and we have not received or heard bac from the company. We tried contacting them by email and phones calls, (we tried ************ and ************ which were the provided attorney's phone numbers, ******* ****** and ****** *******,) and left multiple messages with no response. We paid them $34,564.00. On 3/28 ******************************************************************* ***************. Our speaker ******* discussed the importance of relinquishing our time shares after the presentation we met with an agent ******* ***** who told us that I the owner would need to pay ****** dollars however I would be able to use my points that were currently booked and that I would not need to pay the maintenance fees for 2025 that I usually receive by Oct 2024 I was told that my time share would be sold in a year or the money would be refundable. I then received a letter from the attorney representative ***** ****. The communication with ***** was very poor I immediately sent my deed to ***** by Email I also cancelled my vacation in September of 2024 hoping this would expedite my timeshare removal. However I later received an email from Mr **** stating did I send the deed contract. I then sent the deed again. ***** did not return any of my calls and he then sent an email to contact ******. I never received a return call or text from ****** and no one answered the phone. ***** never provided a last name For ****** or a name for ******* supervisor Therefore I am out a large sum of money. I am unable to use my timeshare and I am still paying maintenance fees and assessment fee. I am in a worse state then I was before I met the TS Compliance group. On August 9, 2023, we attended a dinner and presentation to get "updates" on our timeshare. During their presentation, we learned that TS Compliance was a group whose mission was to hold dishonest timeshare companies accountable and help us get out of contracts through a loophole they had discovered. In the end, each attendee was given a contract agreeing to transfer our TS property to TS Compliance, for a fee, and they would fight the ********* company in a class action suit. We were very apprehensive initially but finally were convinced this was the best and only option we had left to rid ourselves of our timeshare. Based on our current maintenance fee we paid them $7,000 to cover transfer fees and 2 years of maintenance fees. We were hopeful that this was the end of 20+ years of being at the mercy of timeshare profiteering. We were also given a signed guarantee that we would get 100% of our money back if the transfer was not completed within 12 months. Less than a week later we received a call indicating the transfer was in process and being handled by their legal team. In December 2023 we received a bill for maintenance fees from the ********* company. We were prepared for this event and forwarded the bill via email to the lawyer handling our case. He responded immediately apologizing for the delay in processing the transfer. A deed transferring the property was prepared and signed by both parties. Sometime after that, we started getting collection calls, and our worst fears were realized. We have been calling, texting, and emailing the lawyer and all whom we had contact with that night at the restaurant and they are not responding. We learned from the legal department at our timeshare property that we still legally own the property. Further, the deed I hold has the wrong unit number listed and we need to get it reversed. TS Complicance stole our money, disappeared, and left a mess for us to clean up. Legally what can we do to get some satisfaction?Initial Complaint

I contracted with TS Compliance on 6/21/2023 for exiting our timeshare. They assigned us a legal team called ***. I paid $4500.00 to TS Compliance and $950.00 to MXM Legal. I cannot get a return phone call from either about the complaints I have with their services. TS Compliance and their legal team has not even contacted the developer that they represent me after a year and a half. Every time I get a documents for increased maintenance fees, penalties and memeber fees I forward it to the legal team and I the only thing I get is a automated email that they have received it. I have asked numerous times for them to call me to discuss but I do not get a return call. I have read the various complaints in the BBB website and they are awful. TS Compliance has an F rating with the BBB. I have had one email back from the legal team stating that the timeshare could be resolved by going through foreclosure. I could have done that on my own by continuing not to pay the maintenance fees like the legal team that represents ************ asked me not to to pay the maintenance fees. So why did a pay for a service that result from the same foreclosure that would have happened anyway. I am frustrated and feel as though I have been scammed. This company is horrible to work with.
