    I contracted with TS Compliance on 6/21/2023 for exiting our timeshare. They assigned us a legal team called ***. I paid $4500.00 to TS Compliance and $950.00 to MXM Legal. I cannot get a return phone call from either about the complaints I have with their services. TS Compliance and their legal team has not even contacted the developer that they represent me after a year and a half. Every time I get a documents for increased maintenance fees, penalties and memeber fees I forward it to the legal team and I the only thing I get is a automated email that they have received it. I have asked numerous times for them to call me to discuss but I do not get a return call. I have read the various complaints in the BBB website and they are awful. TS Compliance has an F rating with the BBB. I have had one email back from the legal team stating that the timeshare could be resolved by going through foreclosure. I could have done that on my own by continuing not to pay the maintenance fees like the legal team that represents ************ asked me not to to pay the maintenance fees. So why did a pay for a service that result from the same foreclosure that would have happened anyway. I am frustrated and feel as though I have been scammed. This company is horrible to work with.

    In aug. 2023 while attending a dinner provided by ts compliance my husband and I paid ***** dollars to get rid of 2 timeshares. The paper work said within one year we would get a refund if they didnt do the job. Well starting in aug 2024 a year later we have tried contacting them to no avail. We still own the timeshares and they have not refunded our money or contacted us regarding the situation. TS Compliance is a scam. The people we have tried rectifying this with are ***** ****..****** ******* .. ** ******** and *** *****. From our experience they and the company are all scam artists. Beware and save yourself lots of aggravation and your hard earned money.

    ORIGINAL TRANSACTION SEPT 21, 2023. "******* ********" OF "TS COMPLIANCE GROUP" PERSUADED ME TO SIGN A DOCUMENT WHEREIN "TS COMPLIANCE GROUP" IN EXCHANGE FOR $6,629.00 WOULD PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO "CANCEL" MY OWNERSHIP IN A TIMESHARE. AT THAT TIME "TS COMPLIANCE GROUP" ALSO PROVIDED A DOCUMENT TO ME WITH A "12-MONTH, 100% MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE." THE "GUARANTEE" STATES: "TS COMPLIANCE GROUP GUARANTEES THAT WE WILL GET YOUR TIMESHARE CONTRACT CANCELLED WITHIN 12 MONTHS OR THE CLIENT WILL GET 100% OF ALL FEES PAID TO TS COMPLIANCE GROUP AND YOUR TIMESHARE DEVELOPER REFUNDED." I HAVE MADE DOZENS OF PHONE CALLS, AND NO ONE EVEN ACKNOWLEDGES THAT ANY WORK HAS BEEN DONE TOWARDS THAT END. I HAVE EMAILED TO THIS COMPANY A COPY OF MY PAPERWORK, AND TO DATE THERE HAS BEEN ONLY SILENCE. I HAVE TALKED TO ***** ****, ****** ********, ******* ******** AND ***** ******** TO NO AVAIL. MOST RECENTLY THIS COMPANY MISTAKENLY SENT ME ANOTHER INVITATION TO THEIR "INTAKE DINNER." THE MORNING OF THAT DINNER "****** ********" CALLED ME AND TOLD ME HE "WOULD LOOK INTO WHAT HAPPENED." HE MAY HAVE DONE THAT, BUT HE CERTAINLY CALLED THE ON-SITE EMPLOYEE TEAM FROM "TS COMPLIANCE GROUP" AT THE DINNER AND WARNED THEM THAT I MAY SHOW UP AT THAT DINNER. I WAS MET AT THE DOOR BY THREE INDIVIDUALS WHO WOULD NOT EVEN ADMIT THEY WERE EMPLOYED BY "TS COMPLINACE GROUP" BUT THEY MENTIONED ****** ******** BY NAME AND ACKNOWLEDGED THEY RECEIVED A "WARNING" THAT I MAY TRY AND "CRASH" THEIR INTAKE. I WANT A FULL REFUND AS PROMISED IN THEIR DOCUMENTS. ALL COPIES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.

    On November 16, 2023 we signed a contract with TS Compliance Group to allow them to get us out of our timeshare. We have attempted to contact them on a number of occasions to get an update, but we are told it is either too soon for resolution (March 2024) or directed to "legal" (most recent attempts at communication). The contract and the company's website states that if they cannot get us out of our timeshare within 12 months, they will give us our money back.

    On 12-21-24 I went to a timeshare exit meeting in ******** at *********** on ***************. I talk to MR ***** he said to if give him a check for $2000.00 down payment for the exiting the timeshare that he will not deposit it and that i have five (5) days to cancel it.I call MR ***** on 10-23-24 to cancel the contract # ***-120647 and that i be there to pick up the check and he said that he will shred so that i don't have to come out there. And they did deposit the check. I also emailed ****************************************** ****************************

    My Contract expired August 10 ***** and I have been calling and Emailing TS Compliance and ******************* Representative ***** ****. I have not gotten any response to my refund of $7,768.00 and there has not been any communication in regard to the finalization of this contract.

    Went to Timeshare Seminar at a *********** in ************* ************* for TS Relief Group to get rid of my Timeshare I payed $21.449 haven't heard Nothing from this company phone # that was Provided doesnt work, Disconnected so They gave another Timeshare seminar at the Same ***********. To see if it was the same IT WAS. But the change the Name to TS Compliance Group . I showed them all my Crendential and told me the Company Had a Great response they had to make a new company Which is TS Compliance Group. They made copies of my Crendential No Response with the number that was Provided Make it make Sense ]Please. Like My Monies Back that was Scammed

    Hello Sirs, In September of 2023 My wife and I were invited to a timeshare relief lunch by TS Compliance group. We were told about the truths about timeshares and told this was our last chance to get rid of our TS. They told us we would be out from under our maintenance fee by the start of the year or soon after. I have tried to contact them several times and all I get is" we are working on it." It has been almost a full year and I put ******** on my credit card and am paying interest on it and still paying maintenance fees here in August. I have tried to reach out to my contact, ***** to get info on any progress being made. All I get is we are working on it. Last time I asked for his supervisors info and told him I was tired of just hearing BS. He did not give any information on Super or progress, just told me he was not giving me BS and to let them just do their job. Really? No info after *********************************************************** to just let them continue to do nothing? This is a crappy example of costumer service. and even crappier example of getting the job done!

    Though I've had an agreement with Timeshare Compliance since January 2019, the issue with them has recently come to light (June 2024) once I found that the narrative Timeshare Compliance "sold" me on was false. Timeshare Compliance sells hope to people who have been already duped into a timeshare by Timeshare Developers. The "sell" made was that Timeshare Compliance is able to gather people who entered into timeshares under the same Developer into one class action lawsuit in order to build a "bigger case" against the Developer on behalf of what I was told was hundreds to thousands of people "just like you". Since Timeshare Compliance is not a law firm, they don't do the actual work against the Developer; they funnel received information from the Clients (such as monthly statements or letters from the Developers) to the assigned law firm. Also, the law firm themselves do not file a case or enter into a claim against the Developer; they send out a "Cease and Desist" letter to the Developer and then send a "Demand Letter." That's it. Timeshare Compliance should not be lawfully allowed to 1) claim that they will be diligently and aggressively working towards the exit of its Clients from their timeshares when that just means forwarding emails, and 2) be able to claim in the first place that there will be a lawsuit against a Developer if it just means it funnels Clients to a third-party (or associated) law firm to send out Letters. Also, Timeshare Compliance is to pay any further legal fees to the law firm without the Client paying any more than an initial amount. However, I've received a notice from the law firm that more payment is needed for representation. Timeshare Compliance, as the "middle man" should have 3) made it clear to the law firm from the beginning that once the Client makes the initial and sole payment, that Timeshare Compliance is responsible for any future payments.
