1 starFirst off, the only reason im even giving them a star is because I had to in order to leave this message/review.I honestly feel like the good reviews on here are from the company ts compliance. They are trying to redirect you from the negative reviews. I believe this company is a scam. We gave a group called ts relief ****** to get out of our timeshare. It was a scam they won't contact ******* can't contact them cuz **************** are are no longer working. & they kept our money! Our timeshare says NO that we still owe & it's still in our names & now we are in breech of contract for signing such documents without contacting them first!Well..... we was just invited to a meeting from TS Compliance which was just like the one from TS Relief & after the presentation (which was the same as ts reliefs) we was presented with paperwork that had the same name as the guy that "supposedly was handling our file with ts relief." Then the guy presenting for ts compliance knew another guy that gave us the presentation that signed our paperwork from ts relief meeting. Now how ironic is this?At the end, we asked ts compliance what they thought of our paperwork from ts relief & the look on their faces was "they were in shock". We asked them to explain & they couldn't. All they could say was can I take a copy of these to send to *****? Of course you can cuz we'd like to speak to ********************, seems how he conveniently works for your company ts compliance ************ will respond from ts *********** has our ******.00.& of course, now nobody will speak to us from ts compliance!So YES they are the same companies trying to scam people....What can we do about this?Review fromCHARLES M

Terrible company! Run do not attend this companies seminars. I received a card in the mail promising a free gas voucher and $50 in cash just for attending the seminar. IT WAS A SCAM. I left my job early to attend the dinner after 2 hours I never received the $50 cash or the gas voucher! I called the reservation # they said they never had that promotion. Thank God I saved the promotion flyer as proof. Has anyone else been scammed by this company?TS Compliance Group

1 starThis company has stolen my left savings of 32k and I can't get anyone on the phone to explain to me what they have done or doing for my timeshare account. I have filed a complaint with the Maryland ********************* and working on a lawsuit because they have not done anything to get me out of my timeshare except take all my money. I continually call the phone number and ask for information and I was told a lawyer would call and explain what was going on with the case. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. I have tried many times. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY.Review fromMiller H

1 starAfter going to one of these dinner 'seminars' about exiting from our timeshare, we were worried when they told us that because timeshare real estate laws were different than standard real estate laws, that our kids would have to inherit our timeshare and be stuck with yearly maintenance fees and taxes for life. Because the company said we could only use their service if we signed up that night, we became leery. So we contacted the sales department of our home resort and they told us that the 'forced' inheritance issue was a scare tactic and a scam. We worked with the resort and the developer and worked out an exit from our timeshare for $100. Do your self a favor and contact your home resort firstReview frommichele h

My elderly father has paid TS Compliance Group over $10K to cancel his time share. He calls weekly, sends Email communication to "*****" his **************** Representative. Every time they tell us they need more paper work (which is infrequent) we send it in. Then he don't hear back from them. Please think twice when using this service. I'm starting to question if this is a valid company or a scam corporation.TS Compliance Group

The process as described takes time for recording, if every client calls weekly we are busy answering calls and not doing any recording. We are sorry for the misunderstanding However its the developer that needs different paperwork and a list of what was needed was supplied. Sometimes bad reviews comes from third parties that are not privy to the whole conversation. Its not fair for the business. Very poor Organization. We paid to get out of our Manhattan Time Share August 2023, It is now April 2024 - no communication, MY wife and I left several messages each day looking for updates. Again, no call back from ******************* or the attorney ***************************. We are having more calls from ****************** for annual payment that is due next week.To date no response from you. I would like someone to get on this asap. It seems that our payout of $11,500 was a waste of our hard earn money, Very disappointed in this companyTS Compliance Group

Unfortunately ****************** was forced into repossession by the ******** *********************** and it has taken a little longer than expected. Due to some paperwork issues however we have explained to clients. We have been in contact with this client weekly. Unfortunately some things are out of our control. 5 starsI husband passed away last year and he handled the timeshare mostly. We noticed the maintenance fee doubled last year with our Bluegrass property and I was afraid of it in the future. 1 starCan someone help me, I attended the seminar and I decided to go with TS Compliance Group. Part of the process I provided them all of my life savings and after 5 months. I can't get someone on the telephone to tell me what was going on. So for the last 2 months, I have not heard anything about my class. I needed some advise about my timeshare the provider was calling me. So I put in a request to ask some questions about what to do next. I never got a call from them for the last 3 months.Can some help me get a call back from the group.I provided a large sum of money and I feel like something is going wrong with this whole process.
