      The lawyer I talked to for the consultation was so sweet and told me everything was going to be ok. However since my attorney fees have been paid in February 2024, following sending all my documents in. I have been given nothing but the run around. At this point in time I am a current client as I do not have 1800 to throw away, however to this point they are causing me to loose over half my check every two weeks as a sole income single mother, bc I was advised to quit paying a garnished payment plan. Everytime I call they don't know who has told me what as of I'm making things up. And still haven't filed. I don't know what to do other than keep working for nothing and have everything as far as bills, lights, water, trash, washer, and everything be cut off, praying I can continue to have a place to live

      If I could put ZERO stars I would!!They refused to refund my money after telling me I could not file bankruptcy for another year and still took 200 from my account saying I authorized the payment when I in fact did not! I spoke with two supervisor both informing me that there was no one else I could speak too and that they would not give me my money back even though they did nothing for me?!

      I have talked to ***** at Recovery a couple of times now and she has given me alot of Good information has been very helpful and very friendly . She has helped me through this process and made me feel at ease dispite my circumstances .
