      Wajda Law Group/ Recovery Law was fantastic! I have to say I pondered and sweat over having to file for bankruptcy but when I sourced them out and sent in the online form, I was called and immediately felt compassion on the other end. From the receptionist asking some important questions to ***** in customer care I was walked through the process of gaining the important information and figures they needed to analyze my case. I was totally at ease and the manner in which she handled me was fantastic and comforting. I was put on a short hold assuring me that the atty would be with me briefly. In no time i was greeted by my Atty. ** went over everything and explained it in terms that I was able to understand. I highly recommend them. I wish I had done this a month ago.       I personally have had a terrible experience with them. I signed up and was paid in full June or July 2023. I was tossed around to multiple attorneys and had to re-sign and mail multiple sets of signature pages. It is now mid February and my case is STILL NOT FILED! They have had all documents sent to them since July and nothing has got done. I finally got fed up with all of it and terminated services TODAY and will only be receiving my filing fee (the fee the state charges to file) in repayment out of the $2500 I spent when starting this whole process. It has been a fiasco. I hope anyone who is in the position of filing for bankruptcy is not treated like i have been.

      Helpful and thorough. Consultation only took a few minutes, however, be prepared to wait for a lawyer to get on the phone with you to continue your assessment. I was on limited time for my call so I had to hang up and have them call me back.
