I have tried to close my account for 10+ months without any success. I am fine if they sold the wine cheaper but they still have not done it. Worst part is they keep charging me fees and negative cash balance fees even though I just want this account closed. I want this nightmare to be over. At this point, I would be shocked if I ever get any money back. I accept shipping me my wine but they have never offered the option even when I requested "ship me my wine".Do not give this company any money. You will never see it again if you do.

Vinovest was a company I had high hopes for but it seems as though they are just a scam. *** invested over $80,000 in wine and am currently receiving no communication from the company. They are not releasing funds and are not able to sell wines as promised. Wines have been listed for sale for almost a year without being able to be sold. All while collecting fees for wine storage and listing wines for sale. On top of this the owner ******* ***** currently (7/2/25) has an auto reply on his email that he is out on medical leave while he is actually in Cannes partying with his wife ******* ****** Verifiable via her instagram @mckennaellezhang.

Honestly, I truly believe Vinovest has scammed me. I've invested around $7000 and I've been trying to liquidate my portfolio for months. Only two have received any kind of an offer. Worse still, I opened an account for my mom. The $5,000 I helped her invest is now down 20 percent. I listed her wines at the same time as I listed my own and she has not received a single offer on any of them. It's been months! At this point, we're desperate to get any sort of recoup of our money. We both realize we have lost money at this point, but it looks more and more likely we may never see any of this money again. While all of our wines remain unsolved, Vinovest continues to take out its monthly fee. Over time, this fee will ******* away our account to nothing. Shame on this company and shame on ******* *****. I wish I could go back and take back my investment.

Vinovest is great! The platform is easy to use and understand even if it is your first time trading wine. I joined with no experience in wine tasting or trading, but it didn't stop the Vinovest team from helping me get situated, and just like that I was on a roll.

Vinovest used to be a bit pricey, but they've lowered their fees. That was what made me finally hop onboard after holding off for some time. Those fees pay for a lot: world-class storage, plus portfolio management by experts. When I think about all the logistics that I dont have to handle to take care of my own bottles, I am actually surprised they managed to get the fees as low as they did.For the portfolio management, they have done great so far working within my budget and risk tolerance. I am really glad I finally took the leap.

I dabbled in a few different alternative assets before investing in wine, but this experience has been far more satisfying than anything else *** tried. When I invested in art and coins, there was no one to guide me. But with Vinovest, I get full portfolio management and a great customer service team.

We decided to liquidate our portfolio. We followed the liquidation process provided by Vinovest. It has been listed for more than 6 months now, and we do not have any news about how it is doing. We tried to contact the customer support team by mail several times but they do not provide any valuable information. We just want our money back. We still have some cash in our portfolio and even that, there is no way to get it back through the website. It was so easy to put money on the app and start investing , it should be that much easy to withdraw it. Like I said, it has been more than 6 months, maybe we are doing something wrong, please let us know what we can do to have our money back as soon as possible. Thank you!!

I invested $5,000 with Vinovest, I would be happy to get half my investment back at this point. They made terrible choices, purchasing Wines at all time highs and instantly losing money. Then took no accountability for making bad choices. I started the liquidation process they have provided no support. Violating the *** posted on the website.

Same as everyone else here. I have thousands into this business with little to no way out at this time. The "returns" have been abysmal with the vast majority losing significant value. After speaking with an account manager I was told that most of the wines didn't actually lose value, but the *** lost value to the Euro and that's how they're valued. That's new information, as it was never mentioned anywhere in their marketing. The returns they use in their marketing shouldn't be allowed. After several attempts to get my wines listed only about one third have even been bid on even though they're significantly below the "value" listed in the portfolio documents, and the bids have been nowhere close to the values listed. The wines are listed only on LivEx which is like a $400-$1,000/month membership for accredited wine investors, so there is a very limited secondary market for the wines in your portfolio. Additionally, all the wines are held in Europe at several different locations. I asked for a quote to ship me all of the wine so that I could potentially sell it myself and the quote was about $8000 for 200 bottles ($40/Bottle). My thought was always to buy these and hold them for 10 plus years, but I would be surprised if Vinovest is around for that long. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

Similar to all the other customers below, I invested several thousand dollars with Vinovest and subsequently have been unable to sell my wine and liquidate the account. They specifically quote in their terms that you liquidation may take "up to a couple months" -- but I am now well past that point. Their customer support team has failed to respond to multiple, repeated requests. I am now worried I will never get my money back. I listed several of the wines I purchased for sale well below the 'fair market value' they quote, but nonetheless the wine has been sold. They claimed that wine would be sold into **************** market, but my experience has made me very dissapointed.
