The returns are what they are, but it is nearly impossible to sell your wine and extract your money from this sinkhole.

I have thousands invested with no way to pull out. I've contacted support multiple times, no response. There's no way to pull money out, and they have the gull to charge a fee out of my supposed money every month. They're just milking my funds running down the clock.

I began making regular monthly deposits to my Vinovest account which started over a year ago now. After reading many negative comments of online sites/blogs (Reddit, BBB, etc) and past employees of the company, I became concerned about the ability of the company to be able to liquidate my account in a secure and timely fashion. I scheduled an online meeting with one of the Vinovest representatives and addressed via live web meeting my concerns regarding liquidation of the accounts, product ordering validity, inventory/storage and responsiveness to my requests. I was assured by the representative that liquidating my account would not be an issue and that the concerns have been addressed to management and leadership. So I put them to the test because I wanted to be assured that it wouldn't be an issue since I wanted to make a large (50k +) deposit into my account. I requested online to make a withdrawal, completed the online request sent via email, listed my wines and was informed that I would be contacted by a Vinovest representative. It's been over a month, even after contacting them via email multiple times but I still have not received any response to my withdrawal/liquidation requests. Please help BBB!!!

After trying to reach out to customer support 3 times, I have heard no response after requesting a liquidation 2 months ago.

I deposited funds on 8/12 to trade on their marketplace. The nature of their trading platform makes it difficult to understand the volume of offers available for a single item, so after funding my account and attempting to trade, it became clear that I added more funds than necessary. I researched all of the FAQs, account settings, etc. and there is zero information on how to withdraw funds from their platform. As a result, I sent an email in to their service department on 8/19 and again on 8/22, with no response. On 8/23, I sent an email in again and noted that if I did not receive a timely response, I would be lodging a BBB complaint and disputing the charge. On 8/24, I received a response from *****, who asked for my banking details so that the return of funds could be processed. I provided these details on 8/24. I did not receive a response after sending in my details. I have sent additional follow up emails on 8/26, 8/30 and 9/1. It is two weeks since my initial inquiry and I have yet to receive my money back, nor any indication that a return of funds is in process.

I deposited $1,000.00 into my VinoVest account roughly 2 years ago-- which is their account minimum. Earlier this year (February/March 2022) I decided to liquidate my account for personal reasons. I followed their directions to liquidate my account MONTHS AGO but have not gotten a response or any information as to when I will receive my money back. I completely understand that it takes time for them to sell the wine (according to what they say about their liquidation process). However, that was about 5 months ago. I've contacted them dozens of times via email and phone and have NOT ONCE gotten any sort of response from VinoVest. At this point, I believe I was SCAMMED. Summary: DO NOT waste your time, energy, and hard-earned money with VinoVest. They market their company to make you believe it is a large, well-run company. However, that is far from the truth. I was initially very excited about investing in wine but have been completely turned off by any future wine-investing endeavors because of VinoVest.
