    On 11/29/2024 I purchased a handbag online - Lodis ****** ******* for $119.00. I received the bag on 12/12/2024. The bag had an extremely strong nasty odor that would not go away. I tried to air it out for days and it didn't help. I contacted the customer support for a return authorization numerous times before they gave me an address to return it to. It was sent back to the address they gave me and I have a *** confirmation for it being delivered on 12/26/2024. I have asked 6 times in emails for my refund with no refund as of yet. On 12/27/2024 they asked for a few days to refund me. Today is 1/10/2025 and no refund yet and they stopped replying. they have my money and the handbag now.

    Placed an order with Lodis on 4-13-24, took forever for company to ship. Finally on 5-1-24, received email from Lodis saying package is out for delivery with ****** The email shows only TWO of the THREE purses I ordered. I'm like what the hecky! ***** delivered package and I'm missing ONE purse. Immediately, I email Lodis and still to this day, NO news. Included in my package was shipping slips seems International, slip has a phone # of: ************, and email of ************************************* I call phone # it goes to a voicemail for a ***** person. I've left TWO voice mails and still NOTHING from Lodis. Even forward the 1st email I sent on 5-1-24 to Lodis to Gmail account and still NO reply. Attached are both emails I've sent to Lodis RE: order Lodis-4570. They need to advise if they ever plan to send my **** purse or, REFUND me cost of bag. I'm beyond words with this company.

    I purchased this item a handbag on January 2, 2024 and received it around January 10th, 2024.I noticed it had a really strong, chemical smell that I initially thought would go away. After a week of trying to "Air it out: I just couldn't take it anymore.I notified Lodis by email and they told me to air out and I told them I did, then they offered me an exchange which I refused because it would have the same unbearable odor. Also, their website indicates they are *** company and the item was shipped to me International. I would not have purchase it knowing this.I have contacted the the company via Email to find out about my Refund (3 times) and No reply. I can't find any Phone Number either. This company is not doing fair business.

    I ordered a purse as a gift. I received a email from Lodis stating the order would be late. I repurchase a gift. When the purse finally arrived I contacted Lodis, they said the return it. I returned it via mail 4 weeks ago. Now Lodis wont return emails, etc. No refund. Nothing from them
