    This company is not the same company it was before. Wallet I received was dollar store quality, waited a month to get it, from *****, paid $35 duty on it as well. They are not responding to emails for a return and refund

    I ordered a purse and the clasps that hold the strap on come open all the time and the purse falls to ground. Have sent about 5-6 e-mails to customer service asking for new clasps. They answered the first one and said to send pictures. I sent immediately and I have never had another response.

    I ordered a bag from their main website, after 3 weeks it had not even been shipped yet. I contacted customer services via WhatsApp (?) and the answers I received were not very professional, I asked for a cancellation and they refused, offering to send me a wallet if I waited longer. I had to contact my credit card to dispute the charge to get a refund. Beware, do not buy from this site. BTW, I searched reviews online and all the 5 star reviews refer to cars and shoes which the company does not sell.
