    I bought an ***** rack from costcos used it twice the second Time it broke leading to an evoke being damaged beyond repair. When I looked up how to return this broken item for a refund I found it had been recalled. I never received a notice on this recall. I took the rack back to ****** where in they gave me a full refund on the rack but told me the bike was the responsibility of the manufacturer. Ive given them every piece of info on this incident including a detailed account of what happened. The are saying I need the receipt for the rack i cant find it as it was back in July. I have given them the return receipt that had I not owned the rack ****** couldnt have taken it balcony. I feel getting the run around. Please help

    I purchased a Powerbuilt 1/2" drive 12" socket with a lifetime warranty. The ratchet mechanism broke. I corresponded with the warranty department, trying several times to get a replacement sent out. Each time, after providing the information that was requested by Alltrade,--a picture of the tool, measurements, the type of tool, my information, etc. Each time, the company just stopped responding. I have sent multiple emails to the company--even to someone who apparently is the **** but every time they pretend that they need more information, then just stop responding after the information is sent. At this point, I don't trust the company to actually send a replacement and I would like a refund of my $19.99 purchase price.

    An order was sent out on 10/27/2023 for a replacement Ratchet.                                                                                                                                                                                                  11/2/23 3:25pm Spoke with ***************************** (Doctor ********* she advised she received the replacement and apologized for any confusion as she was using her husband's email and may have missed any correspondence from our company.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, the business did give me the runaround in trying to resolve this simple task related to warranties, and I am disappointed that it took so much effort to get a replacement for a lifetime warranty tool. Alltrade needs to do better

    Purchased a 1/2" ratchet handle with a lifetime warranty from their "Powerbuilt" line. The ratchet mechanism stopped working. Contacted returns and they asked for all the necessary information, then they just dropped it and stopped responding to emails. "*****" in customer care has ignored five emails so far.

    9/14/23 contacted the customer ***** and he is sending me an email/photo with measuring tape and brand to identify which ratchet to send out.

       He stated that didnt understand that normally for warranty he is responsible to return defective item for exchange, or if can identify item and issue can use email communication.

    Product fails to work, repair or replacement not forthcoming. Item- Snap-On Pressure Washer 692024.After exchange of emails and phone messages with Alltrade Tools, LLC, the company has not responded to my emails and phone messages. Last communication from Alltrade was an email from 30 June 2022.I would like to have a replacement pressure washer as soon as possible. I have several tasks that need to be completed before the cold weather sets in. I've been very patient with this company. I do not like being ignored, nor do I like having a pressure washer that I purchased, which does not work.Thank you for your help in this matter.***

    We spoke at length with **********,

     

    ********** was unaware that the item only had a 1Yr and was assuming like his Snap-on Hand tools it had a lifetime warranty, and that his item would be repaired or simply replaced with a new unit.

        We advised him that his pressure washer had not been manufactured in nearly 10 years but although no longer under any warranty,that would try to advise ways for him to repair his unit since last year.
