    Ordered a *********** brand knife set for a friend. ***********'s signature color is yellow. However, these tools are a burnt orange. ********** is only the storefront but Alltrade tools manufacturers and ships the product. I contacted ********** but there was nothing they could do other than have me return the product. So I contacted Caterpillar who referred me to Alltrade tools who told me, even after submitting the advertised photo and a photo of what I actually received, they stated that was the intended color. I even compared the advertised photo of the product on multiple mobile, desktop mobile TV screens. All of them appeared to be yellow.Of course that doesn't make sense because Caterpillar's signature color is yellow, not orange. Like red for Milwaukee and green for Ryobi, you wouldn't accept a DeWalt tool that came in a Makita color if that's not what you ordered. In the end, all trade tools would not stand behind the truth and ********** could do nothing else. So the product was returned to the store and I had to find something else to give to my DieHard Caterpillar friend.

    I sent an email with photos twice to Alltrade Tools customer service for a broken lifetime warranty 18mm racheting combination wrench, weeks have passed, and still no reponse. How do they stay in business???

    I purchased a half inch ratchet driver with a lifetime warranty. I admit that I may have over stressed it when trying to remove a ****** axle nut that did not want to budge, and the ratchet mechanism failed. But that's why I buy lifetime warranty tools. It took over 3 months, and a lot of perseverance to actually get a replacement. Even worse, no action was taken until I filed a complaint with the better Business bureau. Once the complaint was filed, I received a call from someone high ** in the organization who explained that hit had all been a misunderstanding, and who said that the replacement had been shipped. This was simply not true, and was only applied to get me to close the complaint with better Business bureau. I tried, and I tried, and I tried, and I tried, but I can't get me no satisfaction.

    I tried getting parts for a snap on air compressor which snap on refused to honour. I have been calling and emailing for 3 weeks and nobody gets back to me or even answers the phone. Clearly they do not care about their customers.

    Bought a 2 piece ratchet set both pieces were broken in pkg 1 was missing the detent ball the other plastic on handle was cracked .I used their online customer svc sent pictures and explained damage got message to send address .I did that and never heard anything back so I called and I could not get any response also emailed and left voice msgs to no avail I will not deal with company again or buy any of their products.

    Purchased 65 piece "Mastergrip" tool set which carries lifetime ************* of the bit drivers stopped working after a while. Called alltrade's customer service in January 2023 and provided them with requested information including pictures. Made multiple attempts to get status update by phone and the email. No response.

    Called three times to get a replacement part. Left messages and no one ever got back to me. Emailed twice and still no reply.

    Owned a "professional model" grease gun that failed (air purge button popped out.). Called Cypress Ca office to get a replacement as this is a mfg. issue and not s use issue. Full day of run around with no resolution on a product displaying their lifetime warranty. Of course, it is meaningless on this imported product which by Their own words "we don't sell many of these and we do not provide parts support."
