    Ordered a part in January and still have not received it. Have called and emailed for a refund and have gotten no response. Have continued to email and call and no response.

    Ordered an ecu for my ls swap and **** port never sent the item. It is still in shipping so no refund is available been that way for a year now. Worst company ever!!!!!

    I sent **** port an email to see if they had some size tires i needed. After they said yes they could ship them out so I made a purchase online. Three weeks later I emailed them back and was given false information about that theyve receiving a shipment soon and will ship out my order. A few months later I asked for a refund and no response. This company is a scam and affrim allows them to continue scam people.

    Ordered red Acura TLX brake calipers on Dec 2022. Its July 9, 2023 now. I truly hope that everyone that is involved in this dishonest company gets a taste of what they are delivering. They definitely deliver on dishonesty and untrustworthiness versus them actually delivering auto parts, so in that aspect, they receive 5 stars. I hope this company gets stopped from what they are doing and I hope that everyone who has fell for these scammers become blessed in other ways. So if youre reading this, before you give your hard earned dollars to *************, please dont support this companys BAD practices. Dont take a chance and hope that youll defy the odds.look at all the other reviews and make a well informed decision. Do NOT support **** Port!

    This company is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a part that never arrived. Requested a refund..like last year and still fighting....I used Zip as payment and they state they can't refund me until ************* initiates the refund,which they never have. You call and have to leave a message that they will never return. You can email them and they will never respond. I hope there is a lawsuit against them so I can recover my money. I hate this company and will always put them on blast.
