    I purchased tired from **** port and never received them or a refund fought with the. And never got a turn around then affirm wouldn't help because their was no return to them then my back said t** was a legit transaction

    Back in September of 2022 I placed an order from Dana Port Distributions for a pair of ***************************** tires for a total price of $547.00 order #************ They sent me an email 2 months later saying my order had been delayed and soon it will be delivered. After waiting I finally cancelled my order in December of 2022. They sent me an email saying the order was in process of being cancelled and within 10 business days my money was going to be refunded. They kept on saying that for about two months. I tried calling and calling and finally got a hold of someone and told me the order was canceled and within 10 business days my money was going to be refunded. I believed it and waited. I called again and had the same response. As of now I havent received anything yet. I would want to get help to get my money back. Thank you!

    I purchased an item on-line. The company went ahead and charged my **** card. I then cancelled the order prior to shipment. The company has so far refused to refund/credit my **** card. The date of transaction was 8/01/2022.

    My business ordered rear components for an older Impala on 07/13/2022. We were told it was on back order and should see the parts in a few months. We kept checking in but were told the same thing. We ended up going straight to the manufacturer and getting the part instantly since it was in stock with them. We called Danaport Distributing to cancel the order and get a refund of $846.90. Danaport charged my credit card even though I did not receive any parts. We could not get through on the phone and had left several messages with no call back. We finally emailed them and were told several times that their accounting department is working on it and or I can contact my credit card company. They know dang well that the credit cart company cannot help you after 180 days. The last contact we had with ******** was in January and still have received 0 credit from them.

    Date of cancellation was 12/19/2022 I received an email concerning me getting the radiator support, they said in email that order# ************ was cancelled due to them not being able to obtain the item in order and that a refund was in the process I have emailed them back and forth several times only be told that the customer service and account ***** are separate still here we are July 20th and nothing

    Ordered Tire That Web Site Said They Had In Stock. Never Heard From Them In 30 Days. E-mail them I Was Told Tires Were On Back Order. Will Be In Stock And Sent Out In 6 Weeks.     On January 28, 2023 I ordered a set of head pipes from *************. On February 20, 2023 I emailed them about the order status. I was told shipment next week. On March 20, 2023 I was told that week. On both May 6 and 15 I did not receive any response to my emails. On May 22, 2023 I requested a refund and again no response. All I want is my money back, please.

    Ordered an air intake in August 2022 for $450 order #************, request a refund and never heard back from them and never received the refund, sent many emails with no refund ever given.
