    I spent over $100 on 2 survival canes and NEVER received them, called several times for a refund and said theyd get me my product, NEVER received them nor my money back, scammers! Now their phone number isnt working! They blamed ***** on the shipment delay and then said it was delivered and it was NOT!!! Show me my money!

    Order placed in November 2021, back and forth with customer service and its now December 2022, over a year and no products and no refund. F****** ridiculous. Filing a complaint with the BBB but honestly do not expect any resolution. I feel like this has been an expensive ****** to not purchase a product from an instagram ad.

    Exactly the same as every one else. After one year of not receiving my order I have cancelled it and was told refund would be through PayPal in a few days. Three weeks and still no refund nor can they be contacted. Absolutely the worst company I have ever delt with hands down.

    If I could give negative reviews I would. This company takes your money and does not send you what you ordered. The emails sent recently to their customer support are returned as undeliverable. I ordered 3 items in March 2021. After numerous emails requesting my items, I finally recd one of the three, after waiting 9 months. Still waiting on the other two but now have no way to contact this horrible company. I had sent emails regularly and always recd the robo response of, items are in high demand, will ship in ***** days. Its been a year and 5 months and they have my money, but I dont have what I ordered . Every time I called during business hours I got the message to call during business hours.

    After sending an Email request every month for the last year, I havent received any answer since 7-15-22 and the reply has always been the same. (Below)After one of my Email request, I asked: How can you sell something that you dont have in stock??? (No Reply of course about that)My Initial order was on 5-10-21 and now: ?Its been OVER 14 Months, (1YEAR & 2 months) do you have any info on an ETA for my Axe Head? Your answer or reply Ive gotten for the past 14 months, (1 - Year & 2 months).. has always been:We have been a bit overwhelmed due to unforeseen high demand of our popular items, and the recently updated estimate time frame for shipping as of today is 10 to 12 business days. And this never happens. Its been OVER 14 Months, (1YEAR & 2 months), NOT 10 to 12 Business Days.PLEASE, PLEASE, HELP!!!!!!Frustrated!!!!!!And STILL WAITING.
