    On 6-8-2024 I ordered a night vision binocular from American family survivor. I havent received a confirmation yet nor will they respond to my emails or answer the phone. Please help.

    Dear ****** or ********************,Im still waiting for my order, (that was partial), to be fulfilled.     I ordered 3 lighters w/ a +1 bonus lighter when accepting a 30 day "money back" offer for a subscription back in mid 2021. Never logged into the subscription and never received the 4 lighters. I sent an email to cancel everything and refund the money and got a confirmation from ****************** that the cancellation was done and I should have seen a credit in 7 business days.NEVER HAPPENED!Now, on 12/15/23, they started charging my credit card again for the $39.99 subscription and have processed more than several times. I have finally had to cancel my card number!

    On 12/17 @ 341am, I was awaken to a chime on my phone due to a credit card charge in the amount of ***** that said American Family Survival. The only thing is I hadn't used or contacted them since I canceled a membership in 4/2021. I have tried to call regarding this charge to get a ring and busy signal and unanswered emails where their website advises an 8 hour response

    I purchased a tac staff from AFS several years ago. It took some time to receive it, but it eventually arrived. Recently, December 2023, I received a payment request for $39.90. I placed no such order.

    I ordered an ax head & night vision binoculars and never received them, when I contacted them, they said it would take a few weeks for them to fulfill my order, that never happened and its been 3 years!

    This erroneous charge has been charging me $39.95 every single month on my PayPal credit card for over 2 years and I cannot get a single valid support number to work for them. I want my money back I want them investigated I'm going to first light up Paypal for a refund on two years worth of $40 a month but this company is the one responsible so you can bet your buns PayPal's just going to turn their guns back on you this outfit is crooked and needs to be shut down and completely bankrupted I want someone to call me back about this issue immediately from that business I want someone to even prove it's a legit business. And if I can nail down what state OR country their IP address comes back at my hacker daughter can help me to locate their actual offshore I'm sure location and perhaps do them a little number using federal laws in ***************** some of the islands most remotely inaccessible can even feel pain brought on by the feds from our country something needs to be done about this it's an outrage my husband is a veteran and I am a retiree over 80 years old this nonsense needs to stop I never ordered a single thing from any survival outfit I'm 80 years old what on Earth what I want my number is ************ my name is ***************************** I have reference numbers for each charge and the amounts and screenshots of the bill thank you
