Ordered the 12 pack yellow fin in olive oil for $48. At checkout there was an option to buy the spicy 12 pack tuna for $38.40. I clicked to add the item. Then an option to buy the tuna with beans. I add that as well for another $38.40. I received two of the 12 pack boxes but not the spicy tuna. I called Natural Catch Tuna and was told I only paid for one extra box. However my credit car statement says I was charged for all three. I tried to tell ********, the customer service person, that, but she was adamant that I didnt know what I was talking about. So, I wont be buying anything from these thieves again. They totally ****.Natural Catch Tuna

5 starsI placed a order 2 weeks ago and accidentally made 2 orders by accident .. I sent an email about my mistake and they responded quickly .. saying that I already placed the order , so just send back the second seeder when it arrives .. I said well lets wait and see ?? Cause if I like it it I will keep it !!! They replied and said they know I will love it !!!.. we ll they were right I do love it !!! 1 starI have EXACTLY the same issue as a previous Customer Review. I placed & paid for my order Nov 18th - should have received within 2-5 business days. It's now going on 4 weeks. I have been patient and cordial in my requests for information, but I've received no actual help or useful/accurate information from Natural Catch ***************** only false statements that things will start moving "GUARANTEED" if only I'll give it a little more time. 4 weeks and nothing has advanced. The eMail string is long and now meaningless. A few examples:Dec 8th - Thank you for being so patient with the delay in shipment. All pending orders are shipping out today. 1 starHave ordered several times. Their product is good but this order is "supposed" to arrive today, 17 days after I ordered it!! Hard telling what kind of temperature extremes it's been subjected to or where it's been sitting for over two weeks. For a company charging a premium, you would expect world class customer service. I order this online today for 12 days but have not received the item they are providing an auto-create label **** tracking. I email and call to customer service they do not give a proper answer.1. **** tracking #2. no communication about the delay.3..as they promised 2 to 3 days priority mail .to day is the 12h day still waiting.never recommend Natural Catch, need to be more profassnoilNatural Catch Tuna

5 starsFantastic taste. I have tried all three types: albacore in water, tuna in olive oil and tuna with peppers. My favorites are the white albacore and tuna in olive oil. I can not eat red meat in my diet, but don't miss it now that I have found excellent seafood places that I can order on line.My relatives are getting addicted, too. Worst customer service experience. I ordered Some packages of tuna from this compand they arrived in a box soiled with fish oil.. Every package inside the box was covered in oil and the box was saturated, not to mention the terrible odor coming from the Box. I initially called customer service and they told me to send photos as well as an email of this occurrence. I received an email back and was told to discard all of the cans that opened in shipping and they will compensate me for just those. I told them I was not going to go through each Box as the whole entire Box was saturated in fish oil and to compensate me for my order which they would not do after several requests. Pretty disappointing for a company to treat their customers in this regard.Also, I decided to write a review on ******** of my experience and they blocked my comment .. I went through all the comments and noticed that they only keep the positive comments on there which is not even legal and totally not accurate for a company as a whole. I also went onto their website to comment and again they blocked my comment. I want people to be aware of this company and their false advertising and poor customer service.Natural Catch Tuna

********************* told you to remove the outside box that is not meant to be kept in storage and then let us know how many cans were damaged, so we could replace those. You refused to do so and wanted an entire order for free. We explained that sometimes there is damage during shipping, but we would replace the damaged cans. Customer reviews on our website are done through a third party that we do not have control of, so there is no way for us to approve or deny a review, just like here. We also do not delete or block comments, there are more positive comments sure, but that is because customers really love our product. We cannot control what people post on the ******** page. It is not false advertising as you mention in your review. You got what you paid for and unfortunately the package was damaged during transit, which we were more than willing to replace the dented cans, you just never wanted to confirm how many there were.Lisa L.

Again, totally false and continued lies . It really does not look good as a company to make outward lies . I was blocked from Natural Catch Tunas ******** and Instagram site after I commented on my experience with this company as I thought customers should be aware and I was blocked from making any further comments. THIS is false advertising. As far as the damaged product, I should have either been compensated for the damaged cans or sent out new cans but neither was done. Again. I will never purchase anything from your company nor reccomend to others...If this company was a reputable company and cared for their consumers, there would never have been an issue. Terrible company!
