We bought a machine for almost $2000 from this company back in Oct 2023. Since then the printer has never functioned properly and was completely worthless within 1 month of purchcase. We have been asking for advice and support from Procolored since our purchase and have been run in circles through dozens of support threads. We have bought supplies, wasted hundreds of dollars of ink and paper following their instructions, watched dozens of hours of videos supplied by the manufacturer, etc. Basically, we have done everything that was asked of us. Now after 18 months of no resolution, their only advice is that we buy more expensive parts and pay a technician to replace them worth almost the value of the original cost of the machine. It very suspiciously seems like they ran out the clock to avoid having to fulfill on the warranty which ran out a few months ago. All we are asking for is a working replacement, compensation, or repairs. I have implored Procolored to help but they are continuing to play the same old games.Initial Complaint

I reached out to Procolored via their technician guided support, which is the only option regarding printer support. I have a printer of value at $4K which I needed support troubleshooting an issue. While troubleshooting the issue via chat over the span of 2 days, other components of my printer were damaged after following the technician instructions. The support chat is recorded, including videos of technician examples and my execution of the instructions. After trying to resolve my issues, the technician transferred me to a sales *** who required I purchase the parts damaged due to the technician instruction. After several hours of proving that the parts they are requesting me to ***lace were in fact working, bot verified via chat and recorded videos of them working in the chat, they refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor stating that the entire company was leaving for 2 hours for a unified rest that I could wait, which I chose to. However the only resolution they were willing to offer me was a small discount. The parts damaged due to the technician instruction are totaling to the amount of $784+tax, which is an outrageous request seeing as they were functioning correctly prior to the technicians troubleshooting, and are all covered by a warranty. Ive had this printer for less than a year and have already ***laced the parts they are still suggesting for ***lacement. *** also purchased the 4 year extended warranty which I cannot utilize until after the year is over. This printer is required to function for my small business to conduct business. I should not be financially responsible for parts which are covered by my warranty, were functioning correctly prior to reaching out to tech support (which is only available via chat), then suspiciously told to partake in the unified 2 hour rest while I wait for everyone to return to work. When the day prior, not once was there a break for unified rest, only when I requested a resolution.Initial Complaint

I purchased a printer from Procolored (08/05/2025) that has never worked properly since delivery. I contacted their technical support numerous times (start 08/15/2025), followed their troubleshooting steps, and even sent the printer back to them for over a month of repairs. When returned, it still had serious hardware issues. Despite months of communication, Procolored has failed to provide a working product or issue a refund. Now they are ignoring my formal requests for resolution.I am requesting a full refund for the defective printer. I am also willing to return the product at my expense once a refund is processed. I no longer accept any further technical assistance attempts after nearly a year of unresolved issues.Initial Complaint

I received a printer and it went faulty after three months of use. They have a warranty process in **** *****, where youre allegedly able to go and send it for repair. however they do not let you take it in for warranty even when you send the video of the issues that youre having Due to no fault to my own. They want you to repair it yourself and keep denying my warranty repair stating that theyre too busy for me to send it in, however the repair shop claims they have open spots for me to take it in, but procolored doesnt want to pay them.Initial Complaint

I received a printer on Jan. 17. It worked for approximately one week before breaking down and causing me to enter a two month feedback loop with the mechanic department. I first contacted them on the 26th, and have since put in many hours of repairs with their warranty team and customer service department. However, none of these solutions have worked and I feel I am being manipulated by this company. I have tried to do everything I can to get this printer going, and even though it's no fault of my own it doesn't work, I am now being refused a refund. I have put more hours into repairing it than actually using it.Initial Complaint

I purchased a machine from this company. I received it on Monday and got it all setup and software installed. I tried doing a print and it quit and gave me an error (printer impact error). I contacted the company at 5:00 pm on Monday. Tuesday morning I tried contacting again via email, phone (number disconnected) and ******** chat. Finally Tuesday night 6:00 pm they sent me a message and I started chatting with an engineer. I had to restart the computer to work with the engineer and when I plugged it back in, it started smoking (I have a video). They dismissed that issue and said my problem was a sensor. I adjusted it and that still did not work. So Wednesday morning around 9:15 I started working with another engineer. I went through everything with him. I pretty much had to unscrew everything and take pictures and send them to him. After looking at the pictures he said it has to be the sensors. I adjusted it again. Now the printer does nothing. Totally unresponsive. I told them I want to return it and get a refund. They keep giving me the runaround. They want me to send it in for repair. I expressed to them I dont want that. After it smoking, smelling hot and not working I dont trust it. I should not have to pay for a defective printer. I just want my money back and them to issue me a return label to send it back. I have several more photos and videos. To large of files to send.
