    Do not buy a printer from this company! There do not back their products instead blame the issues on you not doing the proper maintenance. I have had my machine for 4 months and am now replacing parts with the help of their engineers in ***** and 10 hours later problem is still not fixed! They will not refund me. Stay away from this company at all costs, they steal your money and send you junk!

    DO NOT BUY FROM PROCOLORED. I have had my printer L1800 purchased it Dec2023 received Jan 2024 and March 2024 its been nothing but a problem. I have sent several videos of it crashing, knocking, and locking up. The only communication is through ***** you can not get through to anyone through their phone numbers. Tech has you follow several videos that have nothing to do with the issue, it takes months and I means to even get your point across. Oct 2024 they had me pay for shipping which was over $150 the printer to get fixed and after a month of them having it the only thing they fixed was a new print head and didnt fix the main issue and also came back with another issue. Its May 2025 my printer still doesnt work and they refuse to help and they put you through the wringer and do nothing nor take responsibility.

    I have had a printer from them for about 3 months now i have only used for a month though. Ive had problems since day one with this printer. Ive spoken and worked with engineers for hours through these past months and the issues are not getting resolved i have asked for an exchange or refund but they keeping sending the same link to more engineer help. I have clearly specified to them that i do not need more engineer help, and that i need a refund or exchange. This is very frustrating while im running a clothing business, and making wholesale for people.
