      It is not for people with disability your not able to take cart out which people with disabilities use a cart for mobility And there is no one to help you out. I quit shopping at this store not handicap friendly The sad thing is I could buy your products but no one to assist you out

      I was thrown out of the building for bringing my drink inside the building. There were no posted signs or anything that told me I could not do this.

      ****, *****, ****** the cashier name is ****** I've been a customer since years and never had such a bad experience. The cashier name is ****** i never met a rude person like her. She was very impatient insulted us during the whole process. I bought 7 jewelries and asked for tow papers to separate them because they can get damaged and tangled. She was shouting at me very loud, using bad words. When i asked for the the manager and he arrived and he asked her to leave because she was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional, she started shouting loud in-front of other customers and pointing and saying we are crazy. These behaviors have to be reported to the *****************

      It seems the bathroom becomes off limits 2 hrs prior to closing. I have experienced, been told on several occasions while shopping at Indep Blvd ******* store, the floor is wet. There 45 mins still was off limits. The store was full of shoppers. I was told up front by the janitor when I asked, it is not wax. It just takes awhile to dry. I think the workers do not want it to be used aga in n Until when store Reopens the following day.I suggest the janitor use a dry mop to remove the apparently, Sloppy wet water off floor after each cleaning. The bathroom should be available even before the door is locked/close. It is not good business ethics....

      Today at your **** ************************************************. My husband and daughter decided to look for some school clothes but unfortunately 3 security guides / loss provention decided they were going to profile us and follow us around the store it got so bad I decided to walk on side of the one that kept looking at my husband in order for him to walk away. I have shop at **** for over 10 years and have never experience anything close to *************. We got so frustrated we refused to buy a thing because they already accused is of stealing, my husbandand I both have good jobs and work hard for the things we have we did nothing but walk in look through clothes like everyone else and the killing part is they were so worried about us that the alarm went off twice and this probably because security was to focus on us. In the future I would who that **** loss prevention are trained not to profile people of a different color from them, instead look for suspicious activities !
