1 starThe Ross on ********** and **** I was talk to by an employee here with curse words, because I simply denied the fact that I went in the dressing room without checking in with anybody. I told her that there was nobody standing in the front, and she got upset with me and claimed that there was somebody standing in the front, and I simply told her that I didn’t see anybody that is when she altered a curse word in Spanish saying *****. 1 starI purchase 3 phone screen protectors form your establishment in ******** I was very misled by your management and also the professionalism from their management is horrible. My products where broken before I opened them and one of them was missing /stolen the box was opened and I did receive a 5 percent discount but the fact that the product was missing and the management even looked inside and still only gave a 5 percent discount ! No product was inside I would have never purchased it I will never come back here and you guys robbed me plain and simpleReview fromketude A.

1 starI have discrimination against on this store I by 2 pair shoes for my daughter one of them was already dirty shes was crying shes take it like tha i know I have to wash it for her the black one shes was wearing to walk on my house to my car black on white shoes is was so I went to the store to try to get change the shoes cause its was big for her I by the shoes 06/20/23 I back to the store today 6/22/23 thats mean 2 day ago when I back the manager with her staff said the shoes not selling by this store one of them tell the manager look the camera the manager say no Im not gonna do it the manager call othe racism white lady shes say we dont sell this shoes Im with the receipt nobody take the receipt to look anythings they just want to be argued with me beside Im with my 2 kids see all the argument when I say to her do you want to be racist her attitude change quick oh get out on my store shes know shes racist I try to call cops I leave it I know one day they wil meet they match plus I was with my kids if nop I will call cops on this country black not matter they not believe I by this shoes on this store because I am black and again shes say the shoes price not on the receipt I will complain for this business I pay with cash and card I cant even dispute my money they sell dirty shoes here my daughter was take it like that I return the othe item I was by with the shoes they not take the person name its **** shes not want to give me her last name shes very rude and racist and if they not give me my money back I wil take them to court for discrimination they Dont arrange anything from this store everything on the floor like use store sell I by the shoes duty just to wash for my daughter they say the shoes walking out they was lying to not give me the money the store adres ********************************** when you black everything different for you thats sad 2023 racism not stopReview fromKevin P

1 starI recently sent my lady to the ** ******* ****a store to look for a tool, and I received a call from her crying because she was asked to leave the store if she was not shopping, I’m not sure if this was a ****** thing because the manager seemed of the ******* decent as so my lady, I never knew you had to be shopping to walk into a store, most of these stores have ****** workers so it’s really mind blowing to have a store you shop at A LOT turn you away because they are having a bad day, I feel that majority of the store with under age management needs more trainingReview fromTerran D

1 starMy experience tonight was horrible. I went to the store to purchase shoes and I was accused of stealing items out of three clear boxes in front of a line of people. The guy who did it claims his name is **** and I went off on him and I watched the video with him and I didnt take nothing. I didnt even get an apology after the way he tried to humiliate me, but thats ok. I wrote corporate and Im writing this review. Hopefully the customer service will get better. 1 starToday I had a very bad experience at **** they went on ********. and ********* they had to like a dress was on sale supposedly and it was ripped and the price is not sure really one lady in the back told me it caused 999 I went to the front she told me no its 20 999 its not on sale I said OK can you double check and then she was telling me if you dont wanna do surprise you dont want it but then it has like a ripped zippers and everything I told him but this is Im gonna pay full price on an a rip zipper and I asked for a manager and she said well Im the manager at she they have a short short manager I dont know whats her name very tiny every time we go there shes very rude and she told me if you buy it if I discount of 10% for the zipper broken you cannot even return it I was like man the zipper is broken how could be like discounted only 10% out and then I cannot return it if it doesnt work so what if you dont want it you dont want it so very rude and the way they talk and they dont have no help or solution when we get stuck in the situation and **** customer service is not very goodReview fromAnya S

1 starI'm going to stop supporting ****. **** tanked after the 2019 pandemic. They still haven't bounced back and are struggling more now than ever. It doesn't seem to matter which location I go to it's all the same problems. which means it's coming from corporate. Shelves are under stocked. More empty/out of stock tags than before.Out of season sales lasting a lot longer than they use to and it takes them longer to get the next season's product in stock. Sizing's. **** seems to favor the chunky size of society or the really trim side. What about those in the middle? Nope! I use to be able to find cloths that fit me here but alas no longer. Online ordering. Online ordering is NOT hassle free. I prefer online ordering these days instead of the traditional method of coming in to try clothing on. I'm very neutral and polite when I return. However, The reps have arguing matches with me and start judging me why I'm returning this much product. Really? I'm not stealing it, it's all online and I have the receipts and items nicely organized with receipt. I have also had issues of online returns not showing up in their data base when I go in. Lack of cell service if at all near the return area. Every store I've been in. This really doesn't help when you are trying to go digital **** and eliminate the paper method.Online items don't show up in store's data bases when I try to return. More than once I've had this happen and it's frankly quite annoying. Quality drop in clothing. About ******************************** clothing. I only get about **** washes out of an item before it shrinks, generates holes...Customer service. In the past it use to be excellent but now it's sort of all over the place. Changing rooms. Open or closed. I can't tell you how many times I've gone in to have them closed. 1 starVery disappointed in the customer service. I was racially profiled as a thief. I went to the store to return a product that I had just purchased the day before. When I tried the item on I removed the tag. However, upon returning the item I had my receipt, yet the assistant manager insinuated that I had stolen the product. She even went as far as looking at the security cameras from the day before. I have filed a complaint with the head office and spoke with the district manager. 1 starThe **** located at ******************************************************************************. Manager ********************* customer service and insists on being rude after being asked to lower voice to a customer. I have shopped at **** many times with previously good experiences with staff. Today, I had negative interaction with Manager *****. A torn yellow dress was the first clothing item in the clearance rack and the torn yellow dress lacked a price. My mother and I wondered why a torn item was on the rack and why there was no cost. I asked Loss Prevention staff if the item was intended to be on the rack and if there is a cost for an item with the large torn fabric on the front of the dress. Loss Prevention told me to speak with the manager. The manager yelled from a distance that I will know the cost when I checkout. I told the manager that customers should not have to wait in line, particularly long line, to determine cost.Manager ***** continued a loud voice and I told ***** that the loud voice is not needed now that ***** eventually walked up to me and does not need the entire store to listen to the conversation. ***** stated "this is my raspy voice, I am 74 and I will never change."I am a Black woman whose career specializes in customer support and human resources. I explained that a customer who requests a lower voice--customer respect and connects with health--should not be told it is impossible to lower voice to customers.Further, a raised voice with harsh tone is more often done to Black customers. In contrast, non-black customers who politely request cordial communication are rarely told "this is my...voice...I will never change." Most companies and most staff are trained to realize this loses money when customers perceive disregard. I explained this to Manager ***** and Manager ***** insisted "...I am 74 and I will never change." Manager ***** went the next step to say "I do not care if you file a complaint" when my 77-year-old mother softly and politely spoke with Manager *****.
