    July 8th, 25, we had an air conditioner tune up. ****** was our technician and did a great job. We had West Coast Heating replace our heating and air conditioning units in February of 25. While we were very satisfied with both units we felt that we needed some adjustment to the baffles to some rooms, wanting more heat/air or less in some areas. ****** was more than happy to do this and we were greatly pleased with the results. During the original installation and this servicing, we found all the West Coast staff to be efficient and friendly, patiently answering our many questions. We will continue to have them do periodic checks. We recommend them highly.

    We just had a ********** mini split A/C unit installed in our house. The whole West Coast team was great to work with. From ***** who gave us some possible options to go with, offering up suggestions ( not trying to sell us something we didnt want or need ) which was very helpful. To ***** and his team that did a great job of being respectful of our home. They did a wonderful job and explained anything when I had questions. The job was done in a very professional and timely manner. It all looks very clean. I would recommend West Coast to any of my friends

    ****** *. was very helpful. He did not oversell us on anything. Checked out our heating issue and made some very good suggestions. We have had West Coast install our ****** system and our solar system and are very pleased with the level of professionalism. Highly recommend this company.

    Our home had issues with our solar array not transmitting data, and found out our solar hub had been disconnected for several years. Our technician ****** *. was kind and professional and got our system reset with ease. He was great and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to install/maintain their solar panel systems.

    They are very knowledgeable and courteous. The install of our heat pump was completed when promised and works great. We had a concern and they were able to come out in a few days and make a few adjustments to our nest and heat flow. All good now.
