    ******** 4 at 10:54 PM Invoice # **** Your technician caused more work than needed to be completed on my home due to a perceived amateur skill level. The tech arrived within the agreed time frame. Determined that I wanted the Delta shower cartridge replaced. I asked if while the water was turned off, if it would be possible to replace the small washers in two outdoor hose *****. Your tech then proceeded to remove the entire front **** which is a compression style ****. The other **** which needed only the washer was a sweated /soldered connection. Your tech tried to remove the **** with channel locks and other hand tools pulling the soldered fitting from the water line within the wall. The tech went to ********** with the cartridge that needed replacement and still returned with the incorrect part. He tried to install the part, turned the main water line back on and of course the 'new' cartridge did not work and water from the separated hose **** on the west side of my home flooded part of my music studio. It is unfathomable to me how a plumbing tech cannot recognize the difference between a compression connection and a sweated connection. I asked and verified with the tech, all that needed to be replaced on the hose ***** were the small washers that fits into the top valve. Apparently you were contacted concerning this issue as well as the cartridge issue, and stated that the cartridge needed for my shower was obsolete. I immediately checked the ********** website and the part is available and in stock in ***********. Now your tech must return to ********** to choose the correct cartridge and now also supplies to repair the in wall water line. Luckily for you, the cased guitars that felt the brunt of the water leak in my studio are unscathed. I now have a one foot square hole in my interior wall where the wall needed to be cut for access to the internal water line. Also, the outdoor hose **** that was just replaced has a small leak.

    This is my mothers home. She is elderly and I live with her to help take care of her. The service occurred in 9/30. The plumber came out and ran a ****** though the bottom of the shower to try to clear the drain without verifying what the clog was or where it was and broke the cast iron pipe resulting in the need for a whole shower demo to replace the pipe. They said they could not run a camera so see where the clog was. They left after not clearing the drain, breaking the pipe, leaving water all over our house (bathroom, bedroom, hallway and entrance) where there was no water before, throwing their trash in our yard and leaving our gate open for our dog to run away.I asked for a plumbers report that listed the issues with the plumbing and recommendations to repair I only received an invoice for what they did that caused more damage to the home. When I called the next day ******* gave me the run around and said he would send a report to my email and I still have not received a report and I cannot get ahold of the lead, manager or owner. I had another plumber come out who ran a camera and showed my mother and myself where the cast iron is broken. I typically have a plumbing company check the pipes every six months due to the age of the house and this time we used a new lumber because my normal one was not available. Mega rooter plumbing saw my elderly mother home alone and took advantage of her by charging her 3 times the cost of any other plumber and leaving her home in disarray with more damage than before they came out. I now have to have my floors inspected due to water damage and pipes replaced that they damaged. This company was unprofessional, rude, condescending and took advantage and f an elderly person.
