      I bought an air conditioner unit from Arctic Air in 2010, the business owner and his general manager came to my house to make the sale, For $500 more they offered me a 10yr. Warranty, Free Parts and Labor. I asked the Owner, If my air conditioner breaks down in the next 10yrs. you will come out and fix it for free? , The Owner said Yes...and we shook hands on the deal. Later that summer the A/C broke down, the technician came out to repair it, when the technician was finished he handed me a bill, I had to remind him to talk to his boss about the 10yr. Warranty, This A/C unit broke down every year. After 4 or 5 years, the Owner WOULD NOT MAKE THE WARRANTY GOOD. I kept calling the business trying to talk to the Owner, telling them We had an agreement, the Owner avoided talking to me, the office kept saying that he was not in and he never returned my calls I continued to call Arctic Air to come repair my Unit because of the 10 yr. Warranty, I was forced to Pay for the Repair Technician the last 5 or so years. Now in 2025 I signed up for a spring A/C tune up Offer though ********** for $19.99, after couple of weeks Arctic Air called me to set up an appointment and confirmed that this was though ********** spring special. They never showed up for the appointment, Arctic Air called me a week later to reschedule for 4/28/25 ,,Fine. The technician showed up and did the A/C service, when he was finished he presented me with a charge for $49.99 I told him it was a spring special for $19.99 through **********, so we got the supervisor on the phone, He said that Special was a couple of weeks ago, I had to remind him THEY DID NOT SHOW. There was no mention of price difference or change when he first called me to reschedule, I again asked if this was from ********** list. he said Yes. I paid the $49.99 so that the Technician would not get in trouble, ************ is cheating deceiving over charging customers and now they are involving **********
