I ordered a dental product from Opulent in mid-February, 2024. Mt credit card was charged for the amount of $197.03 on 2/16/24. I was assured via an email on Feb. 13, 2024, BEFORE I placed a new order., that delays were a "thing of the past." The email has been saved. I have reached out multiple times via text messages. My last 3 text messages have gone unanswered. I have suffered in my business by not receiving the product I ordered in a timely manner. *****, the owner of the company has done this to me before. They dont care about delivering their product once they get your money. I paid $32,000 for a dental milling machine last year (June 2023) and they havent delivered the machine yet, not alone providing training for our team. Every time I try to contact the sales rep who sold the machine to me he keeps saying h*** call me later or email me later but he never does. I have run out of time and energy to chase down a product I paid for more than a half year ago. I just want a full refund and never do business with this company again.Business Response

11/7/23 we ordered a piece of milling equipment from this company. We obtained financing and they were paid. We have been unable to contact them since then, even with repeated attempts. I did speak to a representative from **********. (the equipment manufacturer). There is no standing order for my piece of equipment. I believe this company is running a scam. We feel this complaint was premature and offers misleading information. The order was not paid for until 11/28/2023 which begins the 12 week delivery timeline of the contract you signed with us. Currently the order is pending shipment from ********** to ship directly to you prior to the 12 week deadline as it has been paid to the manufacturer. We are filing a complaint against Opulent, ***************************************************** for breach of contact. On August 26,2022 we purchased dental equipment which was financed through TIAA Bank/ Ever Bank $48,560.00. Opulent was paid in full for dental equipment but the ***** 4D ************* Bodies were not received to date. We were promised delivery between 4-6 weeks. It never arrived. There were all sorts of excuses, phone calls that went unanswered, just lies & delays. For months we were contacting them weekly by way of text and/or email & continuously playing phone ***************************** *****/ ***** would respond with excuses for the delay & reply with empty promises of delivery.On January 2023 we requested a refund since we never received the *********** bodies & were once again promised a full refund but that never occurred. We found another company (S.I.N.) who had similar equipment & could deliver within a few weeks. We contacted ************* & they agreed to pay S.I.N. directly since we had been paying the finance company who paid them in full for equipment that was not received. Opulent/ ***** promised payment to S.I.N. in an agreed upon time. A wire transfer occurred on or around September 10th & within 24 hours S.I.N. received notice of insufficient funds. Opulent/ ***** then promised payment continuously when they were contacted & have not to date made any effort to pay S.I.N. At this point, we have been in possession of the equipment released to us by S.I.N., they were never paid by **************************** we must pay S.I.N. So Opulent has our money which they promised to pay to S.I.N. To date there has not been delivery of the **** & associated **** Bodies. They have not issued a refund nor have they paid S.I.N. They failed to fulfill their responsibilities to me as the consumer.They are unscrupulous & dishonest. They failed to deliver equipment to us & failed to pay S.I.N. in lieu of refunding us.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: Good Morning, I do not accept the response from Opulent Digital Solutions.
A settlement proposal was sent to Opulent (see attached letter) & there was no response.
This complaint has not been resolved and would like to reopen it.
There has been no correspondence from Opulent, they are ignoring all communication.
We have been paying the finance company for equipment that we never received and for which Opulent had been paid in full since August 2022 (please see attachment).

Date of tranaction: 3/15/2023 amouht paid to Opulent Digital specialist: $50000.00 nature of complaint: non delivery of VHF E5 milling system bundle $25,980 CAD/cam computer: $999 ********** high temperature Sintering oven: $8431.30 Opulent cinciernge services which includes delivery of equipment which has not happened yet Vita ***** M glazing furnace $5800.0 Exocad bundle has been delivered which was $10.789.20 which shoud be deducted from the total of $50000.I only recieved the Exocad software. I AM $32779.5 SHORT. In their agreement which is attached it says they will deliver the equipment with in **** weeks of the order placed. That was March 15th and now it is Dec. 12, 9 months which makes it 36 weeks. I call *****(COMPLAINT HANDLER) and ***** the owner but I get the run around. They SAY THEY are in meeting, they are busy, they will get back to me BUT THEY NEVER DO CALL BACK. I need what I paid for and I am being charged monthly by the bank for $1520.87 which I AM legally bound to pay. We Financed Dental Equipment with TIAA bank for dental equipment from the Opulent Digital Specialists. When the equipment was delivered and installed in Dec.2022 the installer tried to activate the design software that we paid $8700 to design crown, bridges and dentures but the dongles was not activated. Since Dec. 2022 Opulent always told us that this would be taking care of in a few days. I called ***************************** **************.(Owner) Nothing but excuses after and then ***** just stopped texting back. I got text records. No response from him whenever I text him. *************************** **************. (Support). It's been 9 months now and i cant get any info from ***** or ****. All we want is what we paid for. Please contact ***** so we can get our software activated or give us a refund so we can move on and buy the software from the company that designed the software Amanngirrbach. This software is the main part of our business. We are sitting here twirling our fingers trying to figure out how to make business and pay this equipment off when ***** and the rest of his crew have just been sitting for 9 months and completely stop trying to help. Now we are worried about the warranty that the equipment has. What if something happens to the equipment? Will they keep their word and fix it? We're worried now !!!!!!!!Business Response

Its over 9 months. When we bought the software we bought a fully functioning and activated software. Complete the installation or give us a refund.
