  Unfortunately there's no zero star options. I scheduled them to tune my daughters garage door. I had looked at it and knew the issue and it just needed the travel distance to be adjusted which I was unable to do due to aging physical issues...but I installed and worked on garage doors in my younger days so I'm not a complete naive fool.However my daughter and hubby don't have that experience and these shysters sold them a whole new system - $1,000 - for what should have been a $95 tuneup.They're either incompetent or ripoffs...either way I would warn everyone to stay away from this company!!!

  I dont recommend the Local Garage Doors company, because they lied to me about the repair cost of my garage door and refused to honor the discount promotion they posted on their webpage. The representative agreed in writing, via email, to install 2 quality Torsion springs on my garage door for less than $400. The invoice was for $515 when the job was completed. When I asked the **** to give me the $99.00 promotional coupon, listed on their wqebpage, they lied again and told me that the discount was applied to the invoice. After completing the job, they emailed me soft copy of the invoice after asking me to only sign the first page. They took my signature and copied it to an additional 15 pages of the invoice without my consent. In another words, the Local Garage Door Company placed my signatures on 15 pages of the invoice without my knowledge and without allowing me to read what I signed for. The Local Garage Door Company cheats on their repair agreements. They lie about their online promotions. Their invoice is very vague and doesnt honestly spell out the cost parts or labor. They misrepresent facts on their invoice, like claiming falsely to have inspected 31 points of safety on the garage door, which was never took place in my case. They installed $75-$90 parts in my garage door and the technician spent about 30 minutes to do the job. This brings their labor rate to $800/hr. This company thrives on extorting the elderly and misinformed and lies about it at every step of the process.

  Local Garage Doors is my go-to company for all of my garage door repairs. They are so friendly, effecient and always get me in right away for a service appointment. The pricing is fair and the technicians are outstanding, listening to my concerns and getting the job done quickly. Very professional and I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. I've had nothing but great experiences!

  I called this company for my broken garage door on 06/24/2023. They replaced the springs and charged me for $1095. The garages door was not working again on 07/23/2023. So I called them again and they didnt send any one to check until 9:00 pm. The technician said that the spring is too weak and I need to replace it. I told him that we just installed the spring last month and the previous guy said that it has 3 month warranty. The technician said that he doesnt know what to do. I called the company again and their office is closed. So I didnt ask him to install another spring. Then I called them the next day. The supervisor didnt want to resolve this problem. He also didnt send any technician to fix it. This is a very POOR business. I searched this company and found out that it has a lot of complaints from the customers and they had the similar situation to mine. ****** Search should not put this business on the list.

  Home repairs typically arent fun! Especially when they involves a Friday morning and no way to get to work picture this both cars trapped in the garage. Needed to be to work in the next three hours to make a meeting. It started with a phone call with a lady name *******. She was able to promptly get a technician to my home within an hour. I got a text message confirmation when I hung up and GPS tracking all the way up to my front door to meet my friendly technician, ****. **** quickly determined the issue and found that I had a broken spring, which is why my garage door would not lift up. He gave me plenty of options to get the garage door fixed IN THE SAME DAY and they even had financing options which allows me to spread this unexpected purchase over the next six months at a 0% interest rate! Service was quick, friendly, well priced and extremely professional. And guess what, I make it to my meeting on time! Thank you **** and ******* and the rest of the Local Garage Doors team!

  We ordered garage doors 3/28/22 and didnt get them installed until November, 2022. They told us that they would be delivered in two weeks for months! Then, one of the panels was damaged and it took 2 1/2 months to get that. That replacement panel was more damaged than the original. And, the windows are leaking from the rain and they refuse to replace them. We do NOT recommend this company!!!

  Local Garage Doors customer service is abhorrent. I ordered ******************** Oct 28, 2021 with installation within 4-6 weeks. It is now January 20, 2023 with no updates. I have to reach out with each date they provide and they have told me next week. On top of this the sales rep quoted me a price that I paid my half upfront and they increased the price for their mistake blaming me! Theyve never said sorry, apologized for delays, and never proactively updated me. This company is the worst company Ive ever worked with. The bait and switched pricing, probably forgot to order the door, ordered when I followed up and continue to promise next week. Its been 14 weeks and counting.And I was a repeat customer!

  I am extremely pleased with Local Garage Doors. I have used them multiple times and and always been happy. Prices are good, customer service is great, and they have always been available same day for a spring repair so I can get my vehicle out of the garage. Highly recommend. Thank you guys!
