      We had a great experience working with **** ****** today. He was professional, well mannered and very knowledgeable about the entire Solar System process. He took the time to answer all of our questions clearly and patiently, making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. We appreciated his honesty and the no pressure approach.Were currently in the early stages and looking forward to the installation.       Friend referred me to V3 and I could not be happier. Neighbors have had problems with other companies but I have NO complaints with V3. From the salesperson (from ***************) through the installers plus office people, all were severely helpful to me when I had questions or problems. Could not be happier with my solar.

      Poor customer service. Put panels on a roof that needed replacing. Tried to charge $4999 to remove and reinstall, finally agreed not to charge. Now taking over 6 weeks to reinstall panels. Meanwhile, were paying lease on the panels, paying Pg&E and are losing solar credits. They just want the contracts. Poor business practices. The service representatives are trying hard to fix the problem but it is obvious that the company only cares about getting the contracts.

      Hello, 

      Thank you for the opportunity to address the concerns raised in this complaint. Upon our initial assessment, we determined that a full reroof was not necessary.

      When Mrs. ******* first contacted us on February 21, 2025, regarding a roof leak, we promptly dispatched our crew to inspect the issue. During the visit, they identified that some footings were not properly seated with lags. Our team corrected the issue during that visit.

      On March 10, 2025, Mrs. ******* reached out again, reporting a leak in the same area. Our crew returned and found that the new leak was coming from damaged shingles surrounding the chimney, an issue unrelated to the solar installation. We advised Mrs. ******* to consult a licensed roofer for further evaluation and repairs.

      However, as a gesture of goodwill, we agreed to cover the cost of removing and reinstalling the solar panels to facilitate the roofing work. At this time, our removal and reinstallation schedule is fully booked, but we are actively monitoring for openings and will do our best to accommodate this project as soon as possible.
      We sincerely regret any inconvenience Mrs. ******* has experienced and remain committed to supporting a timely and satisfactory resolution.

      **** was kind knowledgeable and professional. He covered all the aspects of the Solar installation and programs. he was attentive and answered all questions that I asked.
