Did excellent work with the install of panels, batteries etc in late 2024. Then POOF! Gone! Like magic!.. . disappeared and will not return calls or general emails. Staff with whom I once had contact are no longer employed.

******* W.I am a customer of Gold Rush Solar, we initially had the panels installed but waited months for it to be generated. Our billing stated with the finance company before our panels were working. Our panels were working in May and June, however stopped working, per *** as of July 4th, 2024. I just discovered that we owe PGE $1700, because our panels arent working. Ive called GoldRush and Im unable to even leave a message because they dont answer. My husband and I are on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay the now $1700 true up charge and it will exceed this amount as the months progress. We need working panels and a reimbursement for inactivity *We pay the finance charges each month for faulty equipment.

I am still attempting to get my panel/ equipment fixed. The company reached out after my complaint but still has not fixed our equipment. We still are being charged with PG&E and have yet to get an answer. The company scheduled a service but didnt show up. Please help us resolve this.

Over 6 months and We have yet to receive payment from Goldrush Energy Solutions for the customer we invoiced. No funds have been disbursed. Their lack of communication and updates is deemed unacceptable. It is strongly advised for any customer or solar dealer to avoid doing business with this unreliable company. Stay away from this company! Zero stars

This company is ran horribly! We had solar panels installed with nothing but headaches! First off they broke several tiles on our roof! They came out and did a sloppy job of replacing them. We had to pay a real roofer to come out and fix the tiles! Then after dealing with that we noticed screws sticking out into our living room For all to see! When we called them they came out and clipped the screws and slapped a paint on the ceiling that didnt match! We also experienced several leaks in our living room due to poor work! They also state that they offer a referral incentive which we thought was awesome but have yet to receive the check! We have been waiting for months for our ******* check to arrive! Ive called several times and emails with no response! They have an employee their ************************* who gives false information! He has stopped responding all togather after he sent an email to us saying our referral check is approved!!

They deserve 0 star review. I have purchased 4 solar systems from them with approx. value of $169, 000. Out of 4 systems they installed 2 systems incorrectly. For one system they had to get permit from county twice and for other one they needed to get NEM approval from PGE twice. In this situation I lost time which equals to money loss. One system installed on my commercial building with 2 electric meters. They connected solar system to meter # one and applied NEM with utility company with meter # two. This shows that they do not know anything about this type of project. PGE approved my account in April 2023 and after waiting for 2 months I called PGE about why I am still receiving large bills then they told me about the mistake this company made by connecting NEM to wrong meter. Then I had this company apply for correct NEM approval with PGE in Aug 2023 but they submitted an incomplete application. I had to stay in touch with the company and PG&E to make sure that all the corrections were made. It took four months to fix application and get approval. Technically from Apr to Nov extra electricity produced was wasted due to their mistake. I had tried contact sales rep and official staff, but non one contacted me to help out in this situation. This is the level of their professionalism. Due to their mistakes, I lost extra electricity, wasted my time, and paid electricity bill when I should have saved electricity. I advised them to compensate me for my loss but they never replied to any of my emails or even acknowledged that they made mistake. I will be filing a lawsuit against them to claim my loss. This company and their installers are so unprofessional. Do not buy solar system from this company. My recommendation is do not use this company for your solar system need.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our solar panels were installed a year ago and because our manufactured home was not registered with the state, bot Gold Rush Solar and the finance company Sun Run completely disappeared. Our home is listed for sale, and I have spoken to multiple people with both companies and every person I have spoken to has given me different answers. Our contract with Sun Run has been canceled but now gold rush is trying to force us into a new contract with a new lender or because our home is listed for sale, we should increase our listing price to include the purchase of these panels. I call gold rush daily to get answers and leave messages for a call back and never receive them. We want these panels removed and our roof replaced, like we have been told already. There is no other option for us. They keep changing their stories and as of today the option to remove them is no longer valid. I want these panels gone. This had been the worst experience I have ever had.
