  I've loved using this service so far. My NP has handled my prescriptions and prior auths very fast! She answers all my concerns within a day or so if not hours after I've reached out. I think it's a little pricy to have to pay for EVERY script you get instead of a one time monthly fee. That's my only gripe honestly.

  I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in PUSH. I was told to look for a provider on Push and when trying to find her she is not AVAILABLE. I have heard GOOD THINGS about her and it is SAD that I get intouch with the provider recommended and when I try calling the number for the company NO ONE PICKS UP. WHAT TYPE OF COMPANY IS THIS? A JOKE!!! What type of company doesn't have a customer service line. I will be using another site

  My ************** experience was amazing. She was quick to respond to all questions I had. They were fast getting my prescription to my local drug store. I plan to continue with her and recommend her highly.

  On March 11, I purchased a service from Push Health to prescribe a medication. I paid them & was assigned to a nurse practitioner named ******************. This was the first time using this type of service. I was told that I was approved & that the medication was called in to my pharmacy. Immediately, I started checking to see if it was there. It showed up the following Monday but was immediately put on "Hold" when I called both the ************* insurance, I was told that the Nurse Practitioner was NOT licensed to prescribe in **. I immediately contacted ******* & asked for a credit, I wanted to work with her & this company but if I'm being told they are not licensed in **, then I should get my money back-should be common sense. She responded days later & requested my insurance information & stated that she was licensed in ** & that I needed a pre-auth, so I believed ********** it in. The same happened, if fact I was told it was not on hold it was rejected, BUT they also said that a pre-authorization was NOT called in. I relayed this message to *******, I also let her know that I recently lost my husband & could NOT afford to lose this money. I also called the company several times. No one responded. Again, it took days for her to answer, I was AGAIN told she needed to send in the pre-auth, I let her know I sent it to her on 3/13 (She could still see it in my file). She accused me of threatening her when I asked for a refund & stated that they have a team of *********** would NOT get my money back. In the end, she NEVER called in any pre-************ did not ever receive any service, I wanted to work with them, I called several times again today before coming here, I requested not only a call back, but asked if they could give me another provider, I tried everything to work this out & work with them, I did not receive any response. I feel scammed & frustrated, this was a terrible ************** will continue to fight for my money back.
