    I contacted Push Health for prednisone. I was able to message a Dr and he claimed he faxed over my prescription to my pharmacy. The pharmacy continued to state they never received my prescription. I sent in multiple emails and left numerous voicemails. No response or help from their customer support. This place is a scam and charged me 65. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    I applied to get a prescription because the ad stated it could be done without medical insurance.I paid a deposit of ***** which was accepted within hours by Dfana ******,MD .The perscription was sent to a nearby Pharmacy.The pharmacy called and left a msg on my phone.I called them back and they told me the prescription was not valid and that they are reporting the Business. I tried to do it this was vs going to a ************** and having to pay ******+ just for the visit to get refills of basic Hydroxyzine.Now I am out ***** and concerned they have much of my personal information

    *************************** is a joke. She always seemed clueless and I had to tell her what to prescribe me and what was safe to take with my other medication. I recently asked for a refill of my medication and she said she couldn't fill a larger quantity as I had requested because she "wasn't the original prescriber." I replied immediately letting her know that she was the original prescriber of the medication. One day later and still no response and no answer to my refill request. I have now canceled the request and have chose to leave Pushhealth. I found a better fit for my needs with a provider who is prompt and professional. Please look into ***************************. She is dangerous for this platform. She is absolutely clueless and comes across as careless and rude. $90 for shotty answers plus the cost of meds. What a joke.Please delete my profile or let me know how I can. The absolute worst company and I want nothing to do with this.

    Not responsive - at all. ************* prescribed a medication that is extremely expensive and NOT readily available at phatmacies. After paying $79, making several calls and emails and waiting 5 days I am no closer to getting my medication. Definitely NOT professional.

    Great communication, my doctor followed me through process, and shared urgency of seeing a specialist and get off steroids causing more problems for me. I'm very fortunate to have the doctor I have through push health **************

    I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH PUSH SINCE 12/19/2022 TO GET RX OF OZEMPIC. I WAS ORIGINALLY CHARGED $58.50 AND ***************************** WAS THE NURSE PRACTITIONER ASSIGNED TO ME. WE HAVE GONE BACK AND FORTH AND SHE WAITS SOMNETIMES A WEEK BEFORE GIVING ME 1 TO 2 WORD ANSWERS ABOUT WHY I HAVENT BEEN GIVEN THE PRESCRIPTION. SHE THEN TOLD ME 12/19/22 THAT NEEDED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $65 FOR A PRIOR AUTH. ON 1/10/2023 SHE TOLD ME THE PA WAS DENIED AND I ASKED WHY AND SHE SAID SHE DID NOT KNOW. I TOOK IT UPON MYSELF TO CALL BCBS AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY HAD NEVER RECEIVED A PA FROM *********. I THEN TOLD ********* THIS AND SHE SAID SHE WOUKD LOOK INTO IT. SHE CAME BACK OJN 1/23/23 AND SAID THE PA WAS DENIED AND AGAIN I CALLED BCBS AND GOT THE ANSWER. BCBS SAID THAT IF I GOT HER NPI #THEY COULD SUBMIT IT FOR ME. I SENT ANOTHER MESSAGE AND ********* CLAIMED SHE COULD NOT GIVE HER NPI# OUT BUT WOULD AGAIN LOOK INTO IT. SHE THEN CLAIMED THAT SHE COULD NOT WAIT ON HOLD FOR BCBS TO TALK TO SOMEONE AND THAT SHE LEFT A MESSAGE AND WOUKD GET BACK TO ME. IT TOOK UNTIL 2/10/2023 FOR TO FINALLY SEND ME A MESSAGE SAYING SHE HAD BEEN ILL. THEN ON 2/22/2023 SHE SENT A MESSAGE SAYING THE PA WAS DENIED AGAIN. I THEN CALLED BCBS AND THEY SAID AGAIN THAT THEY HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A PRIOR AUTH. I TOLD ********* WHAT THEY SAID AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD LOOKI INTO IT AGAIN ON 2 /24/2023. I TOLD ********* THAT I WOULD JUST LIKE A REFUND BECAUSE THE WHOLE SITUATION WAS HONESTLY FRUSTRATING. IT IS NOW 3/10 AND SHE WONT RETURN ANY OF MY MESSAGES. I WOULD SOME HELP WITH THIS. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE I GOT SCAMMED.
