    At first the response from the provider was excellent. After multiple attempts to solve the issue with the provider I called and repeatedly emailed PUSH Health with no resolution.

    AWESOME ONLINE Doctors - ***********, MD - TEN Gold Stars The submission system was in my opinion a bit confusing leading to multiple submissions. ********** alertly caught, confirmed it was a duplicate with me, and cancelled the duplicate and it fell away without a permanent charge.Awesome job - Thank You again **********!!!

    Push Health is a SCAM! I thought thru their service I could obtain Eczema medication because I currently don't have insurance. I've called their customer service line twice, left messages, and have not received a callback. I emailed my concerns and frustrations and received generic responses. I am highly disappointed and am looking into a class action lawsuit.

    Push Health, and my APRN-BC *********************************, were professional and courteous. The series of questions was easy and within no time at all my prescription was transmitted to my pharmacy of choice. Although I wanted to use Mounjaro for health reasons due to my age and family history of diabetes, I do not have diabetes at this time but am borderline pre-diabetic. I carefully outlined my reasons, including the hope of weight loss, and was promptly given the prescription with no further follow-up. Thankfully, I knew in advance that my health insurance covered the product so I have not had any issues. Word of Advice ... In order to avoid having to pay the fee for the consultation, and the additional fee for the pre-authorization, you absolutely need to check with your health provider before attempting to get a prescription for ******* as it has not been ****approved for weight loss at this time. This information is not something that Push Health is required to tell you. You should know this before hand!

    I was scammed by this company and I want my $64.99 refunded back to my account no services were used. This place is a joke. I'm very angry how they treat the patients.

    Push Health said they sent a prescription that my pharmacy never received. I was charged $264.00 and having nothing to show for it. My pharmacy has even called on my behalf and has gotten no answer. Then, they sent emails and faxes. Nothing. What a scam! I hve sent messages, tried to call my nurse practitioner, and still have heard nothing. Now, I just want my money back. I can get my prescription somewhere that can follow through with their claims to provide a service. I want a refund!!! Thats hard to get when nobody answers. Feels a bit like stealing

    Really wished I would have looked them up on here before I paid for the service. Which is a joke! The never send in your prescription and when you ask about it they never respond back to you! Definitely going to see how to get my money back!
