    I was approached for contract renewal of my **** services with my business December ******* this time I was told I actually cannot update my **** contract, because it was a 3yr deal that did not lapse until March 2024. I was told that at the time my contract lapsed, I would automatically be switched to a month-to-month agreement. I was told at this time that the "equipment rental fee" related to the hardphones in my office would fall off, so the monthly charge for services would actually be a little bit lower than my current ********** March 2024 this charge did not fall off automatically. I called my *** who directed me to call their toll-free service line. I explained the situation and they said they'd get back to me about it. No action ever taken.I have called the service line 5.22.24, 5.29.24, 6.25.24, and 8.13.24 to try to rectify this situation along with making some adjustments to my account. I have not received any resolution. I have emailed my *** about this many times since and receive no resolution, he only directs me to call the toll-free service line. My most recent call was 8.13.24 when I was told It was not possible to get these equipment rental fees removed or refunded for extra months. I told them I have messaging from my *** that says it will. I was told within ******* my *** and their managers would contact me, and I was never contacted. To this day I have not received a return call with resolution. The *** continues to direct me to the toll-free line. He is making promises that the rest of the company says he cannot keep. He lied to me to keep our business.Correspondence from my *** telling me the equipment fee will 'fall off' is attached. Seeking a refund for equipment rental fees from april-september before I close my account.

    I receive marketing emails from this company REPEATEDLY regarding my previous employer, even after telling them REPEATEDLY that I have not worked for my previous employer in OVER 8 YEARS!!!REPEATED calls and emails to this company go unanswered and I continue to receive emails AND calls. At this point it is HARASSMENT and ELDER HARASSMENT, as I am over 55 and retired.
