    Totally a SCAM!!!! The sales executive told me it would only take 2 weeks for the equipment to be shipped but after we signed the contract, it took more than 2 months for the equipment to arrive!!! I have to cancel the service because it took too long for the service to be installed and they charged me $1710 for breaking the contract!!! All the agent told me that after signing the contract I have to wait no mater how long. Completely a SCAM!!! DO NOT USE SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE!!!!

    tired from this service , never received call or replied in email, we lost our business , we are located in *******, ******** and you can read our review online, spending every month $4k for internet and recently they upgrade us high speed and end of the bill charged $5 over and the service is ******** , do not use this company any more for business

    Spectrum Enterprise is the worst business decision I have ever made in 32 years of business. This organization is criminal on how they act. Everything they do is horrible. They are out to scam everyone for every dollar they can. No one knows what they are doing at spectrum Enterprise. DO NOT sign a contract with them, it is binding and you CAN NOT get out of it no matter what. The Ring Central system is complicated and horrible. They will not let me out of my original account contract. They say I have 5 pieces of equipment, I have 3. So they want charge me $371.00 for things I have never had. If I don't pay this they will make me pay for my old account for the rest of my life. No one cares about you at Spectrum. DO NOT TRUST SPECTRUM!
