    My order was never delivered. I contacted them twice and only got a response once. I'm reading other reviews and I wish I had read these before spending my money, but I'm going to escalate this. This is a scam business and needs to get prosecuted. They pick the wrong one to scam.

    The advertised shipping times are misleading. The product most likely comes from ***** and needs to await customs clearance before leaving **********. I've waited more than 14 business days to receive my order (which still hasn't come). If the product takes a while to acquire, that's fine as long as there is transparency to the customer. It feels like a bait and switch.

    Will never order from this site again. Go ahead and spend your money on FIGS because Jaanuu prices are comparable to FIGS and YOU ACTUALLY GET YOUR ORDER. Jaanuu website states that you will receive your order in 3-6 business days. I have waited 9 days and still have not received my order... I paid over $60 for the website to tell me it has shipped and "will be in my closet soon" and for a tracking number that tells me the labeled is still being created....Ive reached out to the company multiple times and in multiple ways. The doctor that owns the company preaches about how good the company is and at face seems down to earth - when in reality they are scamming people and providing them with customer service that is worse than WISH or *****. Would literally buy from those two shady websites before I used my money to shop at Jaanuu.

    First time ordering from this company and LAST! My first complaint is that they make it VERY difficult to get in contact with them. RED flag for me with any company. Now, I want to make a return (less than 30 days, unworn, unwashed, tags on) and the website doesn't let me complete the return. There's no phone number to reach them at and the chat is all automated. I don't have time for companies like this. I need customer service. Hopefully they'll answer my email and facilitate my return but I already have bad feelings about this.
