4-10-23, purchased Sunny Days Keto on ********* clicked once and nothing happened and at some point, six items were ordered. I then immediately called for a credit to my debit card. Was told they would give me more product, I declined. Had text from company also, as I wanted to cancel and receive credit. No credit ever received (no product ever received). Received written correspondence from Mentom Payments, showing transaction credits for $39.99 and $199.95, however no funds ever placed back into my debit/bank account. All communication has been with Mentom for payment. Sequence as follows:1 Requested refund 4-10-23 on phone 2 Requested refund ***** days later, was told this would be moved to escalation 3 Requested refund 5-3-23, again told moved to escalation. Called ****************** (bank) same day and provided transaction information, but these details did not help the bank.4 Called ***** Savings 5-9-23 about debit card protection, was advised to go to branch with information/documents and file a fraud claim. Visited branch, as debit card used, they could not help as transaction information from Mentom was not valid. New debit card number issued.5 - 5-10-23, sent message for help on Mentom web-site, no reply 6 Requested refund 5-18-23, indicated I wanted a name so my attorney can become involved. Was told someone would call.7 5-22-23 received call and was told I had a credit. Person provided same transaction information from 4-10-23, neither transaction was ever credited to my bank. Person would not provide name, would not provide company name or address. Said he represents third party suppliers.8 - 7-30-23, called again and same "run-around".9 - 7-30-23, went to ****************** as other fraud charges showed up on old debit card. Bank now looking into this.The company disappeared from ********* when I tried to track down again. ************************** shows no address or phone number. The phone number on the text from ***************** ************ is bogus.My bank statement for these two charges shows a company called Jacked Camps in ****. I have no idea what this is about. From what I can see, Sunny Mentom is located in **********.Details:Order number F83F952499 $199.95 4-10-23 4-10-23, Transaction ******* $199.95 Transaction ******* $39.99 electronic communication shows refunded to Mastercard 685. No refund received from Mentom.****************** Statement shows Jacked Camps as name on transaction (?)I have attached various information to support this dispute and request for my funds to be returned. Please note, the information sent to me and any telephone communications with Mentom Payments states I have received two refunds. This is not true and my bank can verify this.Initial Complaint

Nov 30,2022 Tried to purchase product with debit card-rejected, then used my wife's debit card also rejected. Next day 12-1-2022 both debit cards were were used to take money out of my bank account. Purchase data was not completed. My bank, ********** ************** ****, called me "why two payments". I explained, ******** bank stopped payment on my debit card. debit card #****. I returned product 12-7-2022 ( received 12-9-2022 by A ***) unopened by return to sender by post office. I have asked them to refund the money taken by my wife's debit card #****. On or about September 7, 2022, I approved an online purchase of $199 from my USAA credit card to Mentom ************ for what I was led to believe were"Shark Tank" recommended keto gummies (Order No. 25C00C349C). Upon doing further research, I learned that I was given misinformation about the Shark Tank's recommendation. I called **************** at the company, and they initially told me that my order had already been filled so I couldn't cancel it. They also told me I couldn't get a refund for 60 days after I received the product. Once received, I returned the product immediately and called 60 days later for a refund (November). A customer service rep. said she would send it. In Decemberp, I called again and another representative said it had been sent. To date, there is no indication on my credit card that the money was returned.Initial Complaint

After reading their promotion for the weight loss product, KETO, I sent in a request for 1 free bottle of the product. I was sent three bottles at the full price of ******. I decided to keep them and see how they worked. They do NOT work. I actually gained several pounds while taking the product. I was sent several more bottles of KETO that I did not want. Then repeat charges for $****** keep showing up on my Discover card, often two on the same day, for a total of $950.80! I attempted to cancel the order, but these people are impossible to talk to. I left messages on their answering service and notes on their chat room, but never recieved a response. I finally had to call Discover and put a hold on their charges. I believe Mentom and KETO to be a major scam. Buyer Beware was never so true for this outfit!Customer Answer

This company charged me $69.95 for a product to remove skin tags. I wanted to get a refund and they told me I have to wait until December 23 to get a return authorization number. I called after December 23 and no one answers the phone. The recording says that I called outside of their operating business hours which is not true. They have a website to do a chat feature and no one answers the chat. It appears to me that they have left town after December 23 so they do not have to process any returns. I'm disgusted with them and I want my money back.I have attempted 3xs to reach them and no response.Initial Complaint

September 13th 2022purchased 1 time free trial for *********** Mentom Payment for payment transaction & Charged $79.90 **** card. No free trial given contacted them several times to correct situation but unable to get a response. October 13th received an email advising" Thank you for your purchase" charge $79.90 *********** Mentom. Called immediately number given on bank statement on September 13th 2022 and advised I DID NOT ORDER OR SUBSCRIBED and DO NOT WANT anything further & refund. Mentom advised it was taken care of. Didn't see a refund for original $79.90 but no charges of $79.90 until November 13th 2022. As of this date November 13th 2022 attempts to contact Mentom again has no happened. Any issue with refund needs to be had with ****** directly. Business Response /* (-10, 6, 2022/12/08) */ ***Document Attached*** We are Mentom Payments, a registered payment service provider. We provide merchant services solutions to a variety of card-present and e-commerce small businesses. We can see that******* contacted Mentom on November 13th, and even though we are not the merchant business that charged******* for the product, we assisted her by refunding all three transactions on behalf of the merchant. We also added*******'s credit card number to our blacklist so it could not be charged again. I have attached screenshots of the 3 invoices from her charges and their associated refund data. If******* wishes to file a *** complaint, it should be directed towards the company she is not satisfied with who sold the goods. We only facilitate payments and quickly responded to******* in order to support her.
