    They took my money, but didn't live up to their AD, Cant get a response or answer from them. they advertise buy 3 get 2 free I didn't receive my two bottles and no one is answering. Amarose product via Mentom.

    Mentom is a scam! was placing an order for skin tag remover and stopped prior to finishing the order/conformation! Went on line and researched this company, and never finished my order. A few days later a person contacted me about finishing my order. I told them I stopped/cancelled the order! She said ok thank you I was just confirming your order! i said NO as she hung up! A real professional marketing scam company!

    If I could give this merchant ZERO stars I would. They sell Keto Gummies and advertise FREE 90 DAY TRIAL. I ordered and they charged my credit card $239. That was in early September 2022 and I'm still trying to resolve the problem. All I can say is BEWARE and DO NOT BUY any products they sell.

    We are Mentom Payments, a registered payment service provider. We provide merchant services solutions to various card-present and e-commerce small businesses. It appears that Denise has not contacted the merchant she purchased the product from (LimitlessX, Inc.) to request a refund, and instead processed a chargeback with her credit card company.

    If Denise wishes to file a BBB complaint, it should be directed toward the company she is not satisfied with that sold the goods/services. Mentom only facilitates payments as a service provider.

    Mentom provided me the label to return the product, which they received. In the four months of attempting to receive a credit, including emailing a supervisor, Edmond H., I was never told to contact Limitless X. This is the first I've heard them. Mentom is a SCAM service for the businesses they serve. This review would have never happened if they would have provided the merchant's information from the beginning.

Mentom Payments is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
