    We tried to cancel our program in August. The company said that they have no record of it. When they auto debited our credit card the next month, we called again. Said that it would take 30 days from the day that we canceled it. It was billed again in Oct, and when we talked with them then, they said that it had been canceled. No bills for Nov and Dec. Then another bill for ********** said tough luck that they could do nothing, but could cancel for Feb. Since it was a sales person, I decided to reach out to billing. They informed me that it had NEVER been canceled, and that the notes agreed that we had canceled it in Sept, but that sales person called back and decided to give us months free. We were not even told that. We was told that it WAS canceled. So it was charged again in Jan. I was informed that it was scheduled to be cancel Feb 2. However, it should have been canceled in Aug and charged for part of Sept. They are crooks!!!! All of this was done on the phone so no documentation.

    Paid for service hoping to get blueprints and informatics on a vehicle. The information provided for my specific vehicle was incredibly limited and therefor was of no use to me. I have not been given a refund or even a response. Will be calling my credit card company to reverse transaction.

    Software product was not as described and sold. Time and productivity is wasted. Not user friendly. **************** rarely available. No money back guarantee and locked into a contract that offers no satisfaction. Multiple issues with software and data entry. Hardware received is not functioning as described. Company cannot provide answers to ongoing issues. Now we are required to buy a new pc to run software that isnt working with our shop application??? We asked for money back and return of hardware, but All **** reminded us of an unbreakable contract due to customer dissatisfaction. We have made many attempts to come to an agreeable resolution, but they refuse to listen to our many complaints and reports of software inadequacies. This company is a SCAM and will be reported to the state BAR, CFPB, and State Attorney General. Shame on ALLDATA for scamming the small business owners.
