I purchased the electric bike. After re riot of the bike I had issues regarding electrical and safety. I returned the bike due to lack of honesty on behalf of ebikehaul. Wvikehaul failed to refund roughly $1,300.00 of my money stating fees. No details just fees. The company also kept the accessories without refund (theft). Very dishonest company and I was later warned not to do business with them by manufacturers who were flooded with complaints ts a loud them.

On 8/3/2022 I got special financing through Affirm to pay for an electronic scooter from ebikehaul.com. My payment of $2975.04 was processed on 8/4/2022. I received the bike via Fed Ex on, I believe the 16th of August. There some mild assembly required and there were no directions. I then initiated an online chat to ask them to send me a link to a manual or instructional video. There reply was simply. "Do a ******* search." Ok i just paid $3000 for a bike and your customer service skills could use a little work. i searched and found an instructional video on one of their competitor websites. There are 3 wires that are not connected because they arent in any video or online. I asked via online chat to ebikehaul and they have not given me an answer to what the wires hanging off the bike do not to mention dangerous. Seems a little unsafe to me. So upon completion of the assembly (minus the wires) I noticed some pretty major gouges in the chrome and bike frame. There are scrapes in the powder coated frame exposing the raw metal. The plastic components that make the storage compartment dont line up correctly. The seat cover does not line up with the bike at all. appears to be on crooked. There is a burn/ puncture hole in the seat cover. And lastly, there is a complete hole in the fender of the bike. I took pictures before i even got on the bike and contacted ebikehaul. I asked if i needed to contact the manufacturer directly about the defects and they told me to submit the pictures to ******************************* They have not done a follow up with me to date. So i submitted an email asking if they can send me new parts. As of now the bike has to be disassembled to redip the frame so its even and safe from rust. I have to have the chrome rim resurfaced and would have to bondo the fender hole. This bike, as is, is not worth $3000. its going to cost alot to repair it.
