    I bought a 2022 SoverSky M10 Fat Tire Chopper and it got only 50 miles on it when the throttle froze at 35 MPH, nearly ran a red light. I paid $3000.00 for it and it is still under warranty. I have tried and tried to contact them and they never answer the phone. I have sent email after email to the but I get no response from them. I bought this bike back in September and have had no luck at all with them. I saw a rating of F on your site. I have tried to get in touch with the SoverSky warehouse located in ********** with no response. I did bring the bike inside my apartment to thaw, and now the Throttle moves to full capacity but it will not go at all. The lights, horn, blinkers and brake lights all work but no power to the throttle. I am really upset on losing $3000.00. Is there any way You might be able to contact EbikeHaul or SoverSky warehouse? I'll wait for your reply.
