      I got tricked into accepting Fast Action Pest control *********** day a sale *** knocked on my door, trying to sell his service. I didn't need to use any pest control but due to his innocence and sincerity when he said that I could cancel after two payments so his company could recover the ********** I ********* I was signing on the iPad, he kept ***eating on the cancelation after two months to distract me.after two months, I canceled, and then I got penalized $100 dollars, which made me so mad and I felt cheated. I refused to ********* a collection agency called asking me to pay or they will ***ort me to credit.I am disputing the payment.I just want to let people know that this company is fraudulent. Be careful with its sale ***s who want to get customers hooked by lying.

      When considering Fast Action for pest control (they showed up at my door to sell their service), I stated the only way I would agree was if they guarnateed a weekend slot or 7:00 am due to my work schedule. I have pets that I would have to lock in the house while the chemicals are sprayed around the house, wait 45 minutes (when I was sold on the service, I was told it would only be a 30 minute wait). Either way, I stated I did not want to sign a contract knowing full well that if it was any later than 7:00 am, I would not be able to use the service without risking the safety of my pets. See the attached screenshots. Of course, the 2nd treatment after the first free one, the tech didn't show up at 7:00 am but instead sent me at text at 8:00 am saying they'd be there in 15 minutes to AN HOUR!!!! I had already placed a call to Fast Action at 7:30 am to cancel the service. I then called Fast Action to cancel but ******* stated they would still have to charge me the $100 since it was an early cancellation. After a back and forth about how that's unethical after I was guananteed 7:00 am (they broke THEIR agreement), they're going to charge me? I will be going to the BBB and disputing any charges from these scammers.I have screenshots of the text messages stating that Fast Action guaranteed a 7:00 am treatment which is the ONLY reason why I signed the contract. I will be fighting this $100 early cancellation fee since Fast Action did not act in good faith. See Yelp Review 8/13/24 for the screenshots

      I agree with this customer. Our tech did not show up on time and she shouldn't have to pay for a cancel fee. I will get with my office staff and retrain. The fee should have never been added and Ill make sure its taken off.

      I recently concluded a one-year contract with Fast Action Pest Control Services, and my experience has been far from satisfactory. Over the contract period, I noticed that the company uses low-quality products, which significantly impacts the effectiveness of their pest control solutions. Despite their promises of top-notch service, the results have been disappointing.A more concerning issue arose when my contract ended. Without any prior notice or communication, Fast Action Pest Control sent an agent to my home to apply their pest control solution. This unexpected visit and service application were done without my consent, leading to considerable inconvenience.Adding to the frustration, the company has been persistently calling me, demanding a $99 payment for the recent service, despite the fact that my contract had already expired. This pushy and aggressive approach to billing is unprofessional and unsettling.Based on my experience, I highly advise against hiring Fast Action Pest Control Services if you seek peace of mind and reliable pest control solutions. Their use of inferior products, lack of communication, and aggressive billing practices make them a poor choice for anyone looking for dependable and hassle-free pest control services.

      Good Afternoon, 

      We use some of the best products in the industry to ensure our customers are taken care of. We also offer free services incase issues take longer to get under control. we came out 8 times for free within the year do to rodent issues and the interior of the home needing to be treated. Per his contract its stated this is a one year agreement and after the year is completed services will be on a month to month basis until the customer sent in a request to cancel this was not done. This customer was notified by text messages the night before per his request that we were coming out to service,.at that point he could of notified us that he did not want the service completed.

      attached is the agreement and you will find under the terms section that a letter to cancel is required. This agreement is for the period of one year.

      Service fees apply even when access to part of the property is blocked or
      inaccessible due to locked gates, guard dogs, construction, etc. After the initial
      year, your service will continue on a service to service basis unless cancelled in
      writing. If you discontinue your service within the first year a $100.00 charge will
      be assessed to cover start-up costs and discounts. 30 day advanced notice of
      cancellation is required. A $20 fee will be assessed for all returned checks

      No pest company is perfect but Fast Action is one of the better companies we have delt with. When we call between s reduced services, they make every attempt to come quickly.

      Their representative said he was with the County of Sacramento and got my signature fraudulently. Now, I may have to go to court..

      Customer stated that our sales rep stated that we work with the county and has video. I informed the customer that we don't work along with any county and we are a private company. I asked if he could provide the video . I don't want any of my employees to mis lead anyone and I will be brining the rep in to speak to him. After speaking with my rep he stated he never said that so this footage would really help if my employee is lying. . Account was closed out and no charges we given to this customer.

      Door to door salesman was rude and would not leave our property yesterday after my wife indicated we weren't interested. He continued to talk to her. He returned today. I asked him to leave. He told me my wife had asked him to return, which she did NOT. He would not stop talking, made rude remarks, and then asked for a bottle of water. That's my terrible experience with Fast Action Pest Control.

      We are sorry that this customer had this *************************** with our company. We do not tolerate this behavior and it will be address with our entire sales team. if I can get an cross street or discerption of the rep that would be helpful so that I can pull him aside personally.

      If I could I would give them 0 stars! I was lied to by the salesman at the door. I asked for a one time treatment each fall for ants and was told that wasn't customary but it was OK. I made the MISTAKE of not reading the contract off his I pad before signing since it was a hot day and I didn't want him standing in the heat. He wrote a normal contract (4 times a year) at $119. I figured since I paid the $50 for my discounted first service I would let them spray but thereafter I told him once a year only. He told me someone would come back in 30 days and just check to see how the first treatment went. He made it sound like a favor for the first time spray but I was charged $119.00 for that. When I called them they would do nothing so I protested the charge with my charge card. After 30 days I was sent a letter saying the issue was resolved in my favor. Instead of accepting that the company charged my card the same $119 again and turned me over to a collection agency. I was sent to the collection agency before the credit card had a chance to resolve the issue. I've never heard of such a thing. The pest control company had 30 days to respond to my credit card company and work this issue out. Instead they just sent me to a collection agency. I told them I was happy to pay the $119 if they came out the end of September and did the treatment I originally asked for. They refused. They did void the $100 late fee which I felt was the least they could do for the lying salesman but the office rep. felt that was enough and that I still owed the $119. It seems really odd to me that the company would not want to solve this problem just from a PR point of ********* is sad that they do not have any integrity. I do and I refuse to pay.

      In regards to this claim customer admits they signed for a one year agreement. If a customer only wanted a onetime service that is what we would of done. The cost for that is $329 not $50. All Customer are called and sent a welcome to fast action  letter going over the service agreement. Attached is what was sent to the customer.

      Welcome to **********************!  We wanted to reach out to welcome you to our service and thank you for choosing us for your pest needs!  We know you have a lot of choices and we plan to make your decision to choose a local, family owned company the right one. 
      At Fast Action, we pride ourselves on quick response and quality service.  Your satisfaction is our job, so please know that throughout your year long agreement which includes the scheduled initial service and six regular services, we are committed to return to your property anytime free of charge.  Your regular service is set to occur every three months(quarterly).   Your discounted initial is just $50.  Your regular service is only $119 quarterly and will begin approximately 30 days after the initial clean out service.  Your billing frequency and schedule will match the signed agreement on file.  Our regular services combine the latest treatment methods with our signature back fence to home to curbside dewebbing, wasp nest knock down, and more.  If problems exist within the home, our highly trained technicians will take special care to rid these intruding pests by combining the latest technology and techniques.  After the initial year, the service will continue service to service for as long as you continue choosing Fast Action.  As stated in the agreement, any cancellation before the initial year is complete will result in a charge of $100 or the discount off the standard initial service price, whichever is less. 
      Again, we know you have choices in your pest service and we will strive to earn our keep.  We just ask that you let us know if something is missing and we will return free of charge to address it at the earliest convenience.  Also, for your convenience, Fast Action offers additional services at a separate charge if you ever encounter termites, bird nesting issues, rodent exclusion, and more.

      The customer did not notify us until after her second service was completed and stated she thought it was a one time service. we waived the cancel fee but not the service fee since we did completed the service and she new she signed for a one year service.. I think we were pretty fair by waiving the cancel fee since she stated there was a misunderstanding but we will not waive the service fee.
