    if you buy products you will never be able to refund, there is always and excuse, oh needs to be more than 5 pices i spend 250$and they dont return, they told me i can throw it to garbage. ********* customer service, dont buy anything from here. this kind of business should not be in business. its a scam business.

    I ordered samples on their site and then at 1am my debit card was charged ***** dollars by a company called world remit. A simple ****** search shows that the company uses overseas people who steal your information.

    Yall are pretty expensive for the brittleness if the locking mechanism, and repairs are impossible without removing other planks. However, if you can get past these hurdles it is a good product. Not great, or spectacular, but definitely good. The ability to make repairs (where a flooring guy can slip a plank in-between 2 existing planks,) would be a massive selling point for homeowners and flooring installers alike.I am a flooring installer here in *******.

    The whole of the experience of my flooring order, from picking out and ordering a sample, to the shipping of the flooring and underlayment order was perfect! The shipment came in on time and very well packed, with no damage. We unboxed the order and stickered it on the floor until I get to install it in about 3 months. We live in a relatively dry place but even though it's winter and the heat is on, the top 5 planks had grown 1/8 inch (3mm) in width (for all five) I'm looking forward to getting them installed in the rooms in March.

    I would love to give this company 5 starts however their lack of customer service results me in giving 1 star. We ordered $5600 worth of materials. When you order that amount you expect a different level of service. Once we placed our order, we could no longer get ahold of our sales rep. 75% of our order was late (after sending multiple emails and leaving several voicemails and not getting any response). He also failed to inform us that our stair treads are on back order until I got so fed up with the lack of communication I finally called the main number and someone was able to tell me. Overall would never recommend this company to anyone, which is unfortunate because their flooring is beautiful, but the headache they have caused my husband and I.. NOT worth it. I hope they turn it around.
