    Great organization. They helped me achieve a 0% to 70% in 5 month. I was told that this is not the norm but I happened to me. They helped me through the entire process. Everyone that I was assisted by was very professional and helpful. They went through my file and military history thoroughly. They asked important key questions and helped me decide what I could claim. With that information they processed my claims and got me the appointments for evaluations. Great company. I recommend them to anyone that is looking into the VA disability claim process and needs help. Money well spent on my part. Thank you ******

    The customer service department makes this company worth working with. Their workers are so kind and made my father in law feel better about his upcoming exams. I specifically try to get a hold of ***** if I can, because she has PTSD and understands his anxiety around the whole process. They are patient and caring and made the process easier for my family

    Outstanding service by Vetcomm. Filed a claim that was kicked back by the VA. My Claims Support Associate assisted me with getting a Doctor's Note that correctly stated my conditions. Then she efficiently helped resubmit my claim. Vetcomm did follow **** and provided excellent training videos. I watched the videos and took notes as I waited for my exam. Vetcomm stayed with me, offering additional resources as I worked through the process. As a result my disability compensation went up way more than I had expected. I would highly recommend Vetcomm to anyone who needs assistance with a VA claim.
